Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival and Orientation (sleep Cancun)

Stop At: Cancun, Cancun, Yucatan Peninsula
Arrival in Cancun, pickup at your hotel or Cancun International Airport
Duration: 1 day

Stop At: Yucatan Peninsula, Yucatan Peninsula
we will have incredible days of bird watching looking all the birds we can, to enjoy this beautiful tropical birds and endemic birds of the yucatan peninsula
Duration: 4 hours

Day 2: Birding In Puerto Morelos. (Sleep in Tulum)

Stop At: Puerto Morelos, Puerto Morelos, Yucatan Peninsula
We pick you up early before the sunrise, with a Coffe or Chocolate to go inside to Puerto Morelos, arriving inside the natural reserve Toj (mot-Mot), we have a Hiking inside the forest looking for the Blue Crowned Motmot, Turquoise Browed Motmot, Yucatan Jay, Yucatan Vireo, Yucatan Flycatcher, golden olive woodpecker, Yucatan Woodpecker, and are more of the birds for sure we will watch in this area, also raptors Birds, Roadside hawk, Gray Headed Kite, gray hawk and Red Shouldered Hawk.

Day 3: Bird watching In Sian Kaan ( arqueological site of Muyil). (Sleep Cozumel)

Stop At: Sian Ka'an, Sian Ka'an, Yucatan Peninsula
Taking a transportation early to be by the sunrise inside the natural reserve in Sian ka´an, we arrive to Muyil, after the coffee time, we begin birding inside the local Mayan community, are very interesting the biosphere with birds and humans, we can watch Boat Bill Toucan, Collared Aracari, Black Headed Trogon, Violaceous Trogon, Yucatan Parrot, White Fronted Parrot, Masked Tityra, Red Legger Honeycreeper, gray saltator,Yucatan Oriole, Squirrel Cuckoo, blue tanager, summer tanager, Ivory bill woodpecker, golden fronted woodpecker, Yucatan swallow, Greenish Elaenia, Yucatan Fly catcher and a many other species of Fly catchers and Oriole, Jays in one day this area can, get us fascinated.

Day 4: Birding Endemic Birds from Cozumel. (Cancunl)

Stop At: Cozumel, Cozumel, Yucatan Peninsula
We travel to Isla Cozumel, to find a very nice place inside the Caribbean ocean, lovely colors of water and areas to birding, here we going to have a ride inside the Cozumel forest to find the endemic birds of this Island, The amazing Cozumel Emerald, Cinnamon Humminbird, Cozumel Wren. Tropical pewee, Cozumel Vireo, Smooth billed Ani, white crowned Pigeon, pale vented pigeon and much more of species.

Day 5: Pelagic Birding At Manatee Lagoon. (Sleep Valladolid)

Stop At: Isla Blanca, Isla Blanca, Yucatan Peninsula
We get back to cancun, and early we take a boat to ride to Manati Lagoon in the tail of the Yucatan peninsula, in this site of the peninsula, we are looking for aquatic birds and some raptors birds Osprey, Crane Hawk, and also Heros, Tiger heron, Boat Bill heron, Black Crowned Heron, Tricolored Heron, Reddish Egret, Anhinga, Royal terns, Caspian Terns, Magnificent Fragats Birds, Mangrove Vireo, White Winged Dove, Gray Headed Tanager, Black and White Weabler, Green Heron.

Day 6: Las Coloradas Birding. (Sleep Valladolid)

Stop At: Las Coloradas, Rio Lagartos Mexico
We travel at the cost of the Gulf of Mexico, inside the area of Las Coloradas, a magnificent place bird watcher love to come here, because, is the pink Lagoon, in this area the aquatic birds are more interesting, because is the perfect habitat of the Pink Flamingo, Roseate Spoonbill, Glossy Ibis, Browm Pelican, Ringed Kingfisher, Belted Kingfisher, Castle egreat, Crested Caracara, King Vulture, and other heros living in the same area. The hiking in this very interesting, and the end of birding we can take a break to swim at the beautiful beach side of las Coloradas.

Day 7: Birding In Valladolid (Sleep Cancun)

Stop At: Valladolid, Valladolid, Yucatan Peninsula
With this birding Early In the area in the center at the peninsula, definitely we cover the most important places to birding in the Yucatan peninsula, Covering all the cost and the most of the species in all the Yucatan, peninsula, here we are looking for, Royal Flycatcher, Rose troahted becard, vermillion flycatcher, yellow faced grassquit, Eye ringed Flatbill, Northern Bentbill, Yellow Olive flycatcher, Dusky flycatcher, Yucatan Wren, Tropical Gnatcacher, Blue and Gray Gnatcacher, Brigth-Rumped Attilam, Yucatan Jay, green Jay, Lesser Roadrunner, Yucatan bobwhite, Barred antshrike, Bat falcon, Laugthing Falcon.

Day 8: Isla Mujeres

Stop At: Isla Mujeres, Isla Mujeres, Yucatan Peninsula
One day free, travel to Isla Mujeres in playa Norte to have a Beach day.
At the afternoon, fly back home.
