Western Uganda 10 Day Magical Experience

Itinerary

Day 1: Entebbe- Kampala airport transfer

Stop At: City square kampala, The Square &, Kampala Road, Kampala, Uganda
Arrive at Entebbe international airport. Drive via express way to Kampala.
Visit the independence monument then transfer to your hotel.
Duration: 4 hours

• Dinner: Full board basis

Day 2: Lake mburo national game park

Stop At: Lake Mburo National Park, Mbarara Uganda
We shall drive to Lake Mburo National Park with a stop at Uganda Equator crossing Kayabwe to have a moment photo shoots and Upon arrival in the park, we'll an evening hike safari

Duration: 6 hours

Day 3: Lake Bunyonyi

Stop At: Lake Mburo National Park, Mbarara Uganda
From Lake Mburo we shall now drive to lake Bunyonyi just after our breakfast.
Visit igongo cultural site.
Have lunch then proceed for a boat trip

Day 4: Semuliki National park

Stop At: Semuliki National Park, Fort Portal Uganda
Early morning after breakfast, drive to SemulikiEnter the Semuliki national parkand start the nature walk activities, walking through the pygmy families, visit the hot springs, walk along the Semuliki river. Here you'll see lots of birds species, hippos and many more animals
Later in the evening we'll drive tor kasese for overnight

Day 5: Drive to Queen Elizabeth National park

Stop At: Queen Elizabeth National Park, 410 kilometers from Kampala, Kasese Uganda
After our breakfast in the morning we'll drive to lake katwe to see the process of salt mining in Uganda then drive to Amabeere ga nyina mwiru cultural Centre and the day will be crowned up by cultural entertainment

Day 6: Game drive/Boat cruuse at Queen Elizabeth National Game park

Stop At: Queen Elizabeth National Park, 410 kilometers from Kampala, Kasese Uganda
Wake up in the morning for break fast. Go for the boat cruise along the kazinga channel ,having a glance at a number animal and bird species along this water channel.
We'll have lunch and then catch up the evening game drive.
Duration: 10 hours

Day 7: Ishasha plains

Stop At: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, Buhoma Uganda
In the morning, drive to Isahsha plains for more wildlife like Topis and common tree climbing lions in the fig trees.we'll get along the Ntungwe river separating Congo and Uganda seeing a number of hippos in their pool.
The drive to Bwindi for overnight preparing for trekking

Day 8: Gorilla Trekking at Bwindi impenetrable forest

Stop At: Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, Buhoma Uganda
After our early morning break fast we'll assemble for the briefing and then go trek the gorillas.
Then later after we shall visit the Batwa people in Bwindi, or the twa as called by the locals, These are one of the last pygmie people found in Uganda. They leave in Bwindi forest and still leave the stone age life style in the Bwindi area. Our tour to the community of the pygmies will take us deep into their daily life style, old farming techniques,and their unique fire making in wood and long jumps. It is said the Batwa people have lived in the thick forest for more than 4000 years.

Day 9: Drive to Murchison falls

Stop At: Murchison Falls National Park, Murchison Falls P.O.Box 455, Masindi Uganda
We'll drive from Bwindi to Masindi. Upon arrival we'll go to ziwa rhino sanctuary for rhino trekking. Then we'll have a rest and prepare for the last day activities

Day 10: Game drive and top of the falls at Murchison falls

Stop At: Murchison Falls National Park, Murchison Falls P.O.Box 455, Masindi Uganda
After our break fast we'll do the game drive followed by top of the falls cruise.
Then transfer back to Kampala in the afternoon then to the airport for your flight
