Yes, you can do this at the accommodation.

The voltage is of 120 V, and the frecuency is 60 Hz. The plug in is type A/B.

Within what time will we finish on the last day?

The last day is only for the transfer to the Vancouver Airport, let your guide know with anticipation you departure schedule.

Do I need travel insurance? What should my policy cover?

We highly suggest getting a travel and medical insurance that covers any inconvenient related to accidents and flights. If you get injured while travelling, you would probably have to pay an expensive bill (not having insurance).

Do I need some kind of special equipment? What kind of clothes do I need?

You need winter clothes (hat, gloves, and snow boots)

What size of backpack or suitcase do you recommend to take?

We suggest travelling light, a luggage of no more than 10-20 kgs.

Some nationalities, like Mexican, don't need a visa. However, you need an Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) to board a flight to Canada. You do not need an eTA for Canada, if you are entering by land or sea – for instance driving from the U.S. or coming by bus, train, or boat, including cruise ship.

Flight departure from Guadalajara International Airport (GDL) to Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Your flight can arrive on Friday in the afternoon/evening (Day 1 of the itinerary, from November onwards) or in the early hours of Saturday (Day 2 of the itinerary, during September and October). Your arrival transfer will be coordinated according to the arrival time and your accommodation (in the downtown area) will be ready for check-in.
The transportation will wait for you at the airport at the landing time of your flight. If you experience changes by the airline or delays in receiving your luggage, you must contact the emergency number to avoid losing it. If you do not notify us, the transfer to the hotel must be on your own, taking a taxi from the airport.

The flight from Guadalajara to Vancouver is included and departs one day prior to the start date of the experience. Ask your sales representative or costumer happiness for itinerary details. All flights depart and return from/to Guadalajara International Airport (GDL), Jalisco.

Hotel check-in is available upon arrival. Depending on your travel date, you can arrive in Vancouver on Friday night (day 1 of the itinerary) or on Saturday in the early morning (day 2 of the itinerary).
After resting and spending the first night at the hotel, the rest of the day will be free to rest and adapt to the schedule.

Day 3 Vancouver Panoramic Tour - Free Afternoon

Vancouver Panoramic Tour - Free Afternoon

Today we will enjoy the Vancouver City Tour (included).
We begin the tour through Yaletown, the modern and vibrant neighborhood, to move on to Chinatown, the largest in Canada. A few minutes away, we arrive at the charming Gastown, with an original steam clock. The Alaska cruise terminal, Canada Place, has become a symbol of the city with its white roof in the shape of five sails. The Olympic Cauldron is also located there. A few minutes from the port we arrive at Stanley Park, the largest municipal park in the country, offering us a wonderful view of the bay, the city and the Coastal Mountains. At the exit of the park we can see the English Bay beach, following the walk to the Burrard Bridge. Concluding our visit, we will enter Granville Island with its local crafts and the maritime atmosphere in the small marina.
The rest of the afternoon is free, we recommend visiting Flyover Canada (not included) or Vancouver Lookout (not included) or taking transportation to McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Vancouver Airport (not included).
