Early departure to Laguna Colorada, ascent to Laguna Chalviri, coffee stop on the edge of the hot springs. Free time to photograph this surreal site of volcanoes and ancient sulfur mines on the Chilean border. Return through the Salvador Dalí desert to the Chalviri lagoon. Lunch in a tourist refuge. Ascent to the geysers of the Morning Sun, a gigantic geothermal field in constant activity where you can walk among the small boiling craters. Then descend to Laguna Colorada and the flamingo viewpoint, where thousands of these elegant inhabitants of the lagoon have fun for the great pleasure of travelers.
