Upon your arrival at Guwahati, you’ll be greeted and transferred to Kaziranga National Park, renowned for its population of endangered one-horned rhinoceroses and other wildlife species. The journey takes approximately 5 hours. Upon arrival, check-in at your hotel or resort and spend the remainder of the day at leisure, soaking in the serene surroundings. Overnight stay in Kaziranga.

If time permits visit the Kamakhya Temple at Nilachal hills in Guwahati, which is one of the oldest and most sacred temples in India. Overnight stay in Guwahati.

Explore further with visits to Ganesh Tok, the Directorate of Handicrafts & Handloom (Closed on Sundays), the Namgyal Institute of Tibetology (Closed on Sundays), the tranquil Do Drul Chorten Monastery, and the mesmerizing Banjhakri Falls and Energy Park. As the evening draws near, return to the hotel for a peaceful overnight stay.

Start your sightseeing with a visit to the Durpin Hill, wherein you can explore the magnificence of famous Zong Dog Palri Fo-Brang Monastery, that belongs to the same Buddhist sect as the present Dalai Lama. Later, visit various tourist destinations like Jelapla View Point, Pine View Point, Chitra Bhanu, Kalim Temple and Dr Graham’s Homes Complex. Also visit the Delo Hill (5556 ft), the highest point in Kalimpong. From here you can witness the entire Kalimpong, glorious Mt. Kanchenjunga, surrounding villages along with the Relli Valley on one side with the Teesta River on the other. Return to the hotel by evening, overnight stay at the hotel.
