Where will you pick me up on arrival?

A tour representative will be waiting for you upon arrival at Bangkok International Airport. For a better location, it is in front of gate 4 in the arrivals hall (same floor, level 2). The schedule available for the transfer is from 9 am to 9 pm.

This tour has daily departures. We recommend traveling to Thailand from November to February, the weather is a bit cool and sunny (not very humid), you can also find a somewhat cold weather in the mountains in the north. From March to October the weather is hotter and it gets wet and rainy from June; but any season is amazing to have a great time in Thailand

When you visit temples, you should wear long pants that cover the ankles, long sleeved shirt with no cleavage. For the rest of the days, you can wear comfortable clothing that’s adequate for the activities of each day. You should also take a formal attire.

Thailand generally uses a flat or round 2 pin socket the same as most of Europe. It’s always best to grab yourself an appropriate adaptor if needed before you go. The voltage is of 220v / 50hz.

It is necessary to check directly with your country&#x27;s embassy to confirm if there are any visa requirements. This will depend on the nationality. Thailand allows entry to the country to citizens of different nationalities through a "Visa on Arrival" which is processed upon arrival at the airport. The Government of Thailand included Mexico in the list of countries entitled to apply for the "Visa on Arrival" (VOA). You can add the full day tour to Phang Nga Bay on fast boat, the itinerary for this day trip is the following:

You get the transfer to the dock where you embark on a fast boat to Phang Nga Bay. This place is spectacular due to its rock formations, caves, and natural beauty. You visit Khai Island and have free time to snorkel. You later embark on little canoes to explore the famous caves of the island. Discover the ‘hongs’, interior lagoons that you can only get access to when there’s low tide. You have lunch in Panyi or Fisheram Village. Then you visit the famous James Bond island, where famous scenes of the 007 movie were filmed. You have free time here to swim or rest on the beach. Later you visit Panak Island and get back to Phuket and your hotel.

At what time is the check in and check out of the accommodation?

The check in is usually after 2 or 3 pm, this may vary from one place to another. If you get there before this schedule, we suggest leaving your luggage at reception and walking around the area until your room is ready.   Check out is usually at 12 pm, but this also may vary from one place to another. We suggest asking for this information on arrival at the accommodation. It is important to follow this schedule; otherwise, additional charges may apply (to be paid on destination, not included).

This itinerary includes a Spanish speaking guide in Bangkok. In Chiang Mai and Phuket the guide can be Spanish speaking (subject to availability) or English speaking, we will do our best to have an English speaking guide, but this cannot be guaranteed (even for an additional charge). Between July 15 and August 31, all services are provided in English.

Wifi is available in the hotels provided. You can purchase a sim card upon arrival in the country to keep in touch using your cell phone.
