Overview

K2 BC and Gondogoro La Trek offers the only opportunity to witness four (4) out of the worldโ€™s fourteen (14) -thousand meter peaks. The first 12 days of our Gondogoro La Trek and our K2 Base Camp Trek itinerary are the same.
This demanding trek is about walking majority of the lengths of Baltoro, Vigne and Gondogoro glaciers, not to mention ascending and descending the Gondogoro La/Pass (5,585 m) which is where the mighty 8,000 m peaks can be seen. Gondogoro La offers views of Gasherbrum 2 (8,035 m), Broad Peak (8,051 m), Gasherbrum 1 (8,080 m โ€“ also known as Hidden Peak) and K2 (8,611 m).

If staring at mighty mountains and walking heights is one your pleasures then Gondogoro La Trek might be the right holiday for you. Gondogoro La Trek offers everything (mountains, glaciers, rivers etc) that K2 Base Camp Trek offers but comes with many additional rewards. The extension of K2 Base Camp towards Hushey valley from Concordia over Gondogoro Pass makes up Gondogoro La Trek a circular trail.
while Concordia is a unique place, there is no glacier like that, it is a sacred place of Nature, a sanctuary of mountains, the most beautiful mountains in the world, mountains with magical names that evoke dreams and adventures. Concordia is a wild place, hard, inhospitable and inhuman, but itโ€™s in all of this where its beauty, enormous fascination and power is found. (by Maria-victoria from ALICANTE).
