      Day 1: Visiting Chinggis Khan Complex and discover Terelj National Park 

  • Day 2 Drive To Ugii Lake

      Drive To Ugii Lake

      The road is smoothly paved, and for the last 90 km, we drive on a white countryside road arriving at the lake in the early evening. The lake has an abundant birdlife of more than 150 bird species. Bird watching, and fishing is parts of the available entertainment. We will visit a local family, exploring their nomadic lifestyle and livestock farming. Overnight in ger camp. Getting the first experience of a Mongolian ger.

  • Day 3 Erdene-Zuu Monastery

      Erdene-Zuu Monastery

      Drive to Kharkhorin, the ancient capital of Mongolia at the time of the Mongol Empire. Thereโ€™s almost nothing left from this great capital of the world, but in 1586, under the rule of King Avtai Sain, the Erdene-Zuu monastery was built at the site of the ruins of ancient Kharkhorin. The Erdene-Zuu means Hundred od Treasures was again destroyed during the Stanlist purges of the instruments and even Tsam religious dance masks at the monastery. There are an amazing 108 stupas surrounding the monastery.

  • Day 4 Khustai National Park

      Drive to Khustai National Park - 90.000 hectare reserved area to the west of Ulaanbaatar is a wild horse sanctuary that offers an unexpected encounter with wild horses of Przewalski or Takhi, the worldโ€™s only naturally surviving wild horses, recently re-introduced to the region.

  • Day 5 City Tour

      City Tour

      Arrive in UB. Visit Bogd Khan Winter Palace Museum to see interesting Religious and cultural items. Shopping in a state department store for souvenirs and other Mongolian Natural products. Amazing cultural performance - national folk and dance concert.
