      Transfer from La Quiaca to the border in Villazón. Departure in a private 4x4 vehicle for a 90 km trip to the small mining town of Tupiza. The city was founded around 1535 by the troops of the conqueror Diego de Almagro as a supply center for their goal of reaching the coastal region of Chile.       Departure in a private 4x4 vehicle for a 9-10 hour trip through the hills on the high plateaux of southern Bolivia, the Gorges of Palala, El Sillar, Nazareno, the town of San Vicente where the famous American bandits Butch Cassidy and Sundance Kid were killed by the Bolivian army after a cavalry that led to various adventure movies.
