After breakfast, you will meet your guide for an excursion to tour of the city and drive to the Rattanakosin Island the original area of Bangkok when it was first established as the capital over 200 years ago. visit Wat Pho (Temple of the Reclining Buddha), founded in the 16th century, the oldest and biggest temple with the largest number of pagodas (95 in all) in the city. Wat Pho was the first open university of Thailand which offered courses in several branches of knowledge like literature, astrology, medicine and massage. It’s well known for its huge Reclining Buddha, 46 m. long and 15 m. high and then take a public ferry cross chao Phraya River to Wat Arun. The Temple of Dawn is one of Bangkok’s best-known landmark. It stands on the west bank of the Chao Phraya River in Thon Buri. Wat Arun is best seen from the opposite bank of the river; it glistens in the sunlight during the day and stands dark and noble at dawn or dusk. A visit to the beautiful, peaceful monastery complex surrounding the familiar towers is very worth-while. These towers, the Phra Prang, although best known, the only part of Wat Arun. It also contains narrow lanes; elegant, old white buildings; shrines, pools of turtles; a nd two fine giants, Yuk Wat Jaeng, mortal enemies of the Yuk Wat Po across the river, after then visit the Royal Grand Palace, one of the most important landmarks in Bangkok built in 1782. Explore the magnificent Wat Phra Kaew, Thailand’s most sacred temple with the revered Emerald Buddha, and other key attractions such as the Coronation Throne Hall, Royal Reception Hall, Royal Funeral Hall, the Golden Chedi, and the Royal Pantheon. Lunch will be served at local restaurant.

o Certain buildings in the Palace grounds are closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

An evening, pick you up from your hotel to River City Pier for the Dinner Cruise along Bangkok’s Chao Phraya River, otherwise known as the River of Kings, enjoying the nightlife and precious architectural heritage of Bangkok’s picturesque waterfront, which includes Wat Arun (The Temple of Dawn), Wat Phra Kaew, the Royal Grand Palace, the Golden Bridge and more. The cruise’s entertainment comes shows Thai culture and also a pop jazz band to dance to. Diners at each table will also be serenaded by live musicians.

Spend a day exploring Chinatown, stop at the massive Sampeng Market, and take a boat along the Chayo Praya River. As you ride in a tuk-tuk, pass Little India and see Wat Tien Fa, one of the oldest Chinese temples in Bangkok.

After pickup from your hotel, arrive at Hua Lamphong Railway Station and listen to a brief history from your guide. Board a tuk-tuk driven by a professional driver for a ride to Wat Tien Fa, one of the oldest and most famous Chinese temples in Bangkok.

Enter Chinatown on foot, seeing gold shops and food stores as they open for the day, and walk into Sampeng Market, Chinatown’s enormous market. Your guide purchases some Thai desserts for you to sample. Walk along thin lanes in the market and remember your favorite stalls to visit after the tour.

Next, get back on the tuk-tuk to drive past Little India and around the King Rama I Monument before stopping at Pak Klong Talat, Bangkok’s biggest wholesale and retail fresh flower market. Walk on the side of the road, marveling at the many different flowers and variety of vegetables sold.

Back on the tuk-tuk, travel along the roads around the Grand Palace walls. Say goodbye to your tuk-tuk driver at Ta Chang Pier. Then board a boat for a ride on the busy Chao Phraya River, which many locals travel on every day, and glide downriver to River City Pier before you board the van for a ride back to your hotel.

09h00 Pick up at the hotel by an English instructor and being transferred by van to Nong Hoi local

market. Spend about 40 minutes joining the group purchasing fresh ingredients (chicken, prawns, herbs & vegetables) for the class as well as learning to know about tropical vegetation which’s

quite interesting! Continue to Baan Hong Nual, situated on Chiang Mai –Lampang road, only

about 15 minutes away from the market. Then get brief introduction of Baan Hong Nual which’s

an open kitchen in Lanna Thai style. All students will be then given aprons and headdresses as

cooking uniforms. Get yourself ready for the 1st menu. However, before starting cooking, you will

be introduced about all the kitchen utensils as well as the seasonings normally needed in the Thai

cuisine. Afterward, you’ll be shown how to prepare all the ingredients and also how to cook. Get

step by step instruction from you instructor. After the 1st menu is done, you’ll be given a time to

taste how delicious is your food. Continue cooking the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th dishes. Then you will be

provided with steam rice, about time to have lunch with you self-cooked dishes. After lunch, cook you 5th & 6th dishes until approximately 1400 p.m. Afterward, you will be transferred back to your hotel
