      We start our journey with 15 century old Abanotubani (Sulphur Bath) district, visit Narikala fortress and Metekhi church. Explore Shardeni Street with its many souvenir and gift shops. No tour of Tbilisi would be complete without visiting Sioni Cathedral and Anchiskhati basilica. Continue to Jvari Church built in the end of VI century. From here, we will enjoy beautiful panorama of Mtskheta, which lies between the peaks and the confluence of two rivers. Drive to Mzkheta old city, visit Svetitskhoveli Cathedral and Samtavro Convent. In the evening, we will participate by in culinary masterclass to learn preparation of traditional dish Satsivi.  Overnight in Tbilisi. Meals: breakfast and diner. Distance: 100 km / 60 miles

      Drive to Georgian wine region: Kakheti province. Visit convent of Bodbe, the territory of the monastery offers excellent views of Alazani Valley and Caucasus mountains. Continue to fortified city of Signagi, walk in the old town and visit traditional Marani (wine cellar), here we will taste traditional Georgian wine, made in clay vessels, called Qvevri. After Signagi we drive along the foot of Caucasus mountain range, visit Gremi fortress and hike up to Nekresi Monastery complex (around 2-3 hours) built in the 4th century. Check in to winery hotel, where we will taste famous local dish Shashlik served with the red wine Saperavi. Overnight in Telavi. Meals: breakfast, snack and diner. Distance: 190 km / 120 miles
