      A visit to the blue city, is one of the most beautiful cities in Morocco which was founded in 1471 by the Jews fleeing Spain because of the Spanish crusades, they settled down and transformed the town into a blue color that they thought was the color of the sky that reminded them of God, most of its residents moved to Israel after World War II and left behind their blue heritage buildings, so residents and the municipal government ensured that the townโ€™s blue flag was preserved. We will discover the highest point of Chefchaouen and explore the most hidden treasures in this beautiful medina painted in blue, to learn about local culture, history and lifestyle with a local guide, then free time and night.

      From Chefchaouen To Fes

      We will begin our journey to Fes by way of Volubilis and Meknes after an early breakfast in your riad.Your local guide will take you on an exploration of a sizable Roman ruin in Volubilis where mosaics from the 2nd century B.C. will be on display. Meknes, one of Moroccoโ€™s imperial cities and the countryโ€™s capital during the 17th century, is the next stop. Youโ€™ll witness the renowned Bab Mansour Gate, the Sahrij, the irrigation-useful Souani Basin, and the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum. Weโ€™ll travel to Fes after lunch and stay at a Riad in the medina, before continuing on to the city.

      The exploration of Moroccoโ€™s oldest medina, which goes back to the ninth century, will begin after breakfast in your riad when our local guide picks you up. You will tour the medinaโ€™s twisting tiny lanes made of cobblestone, where donkeys serve as the primary form of transportation. The Kingโ€™s Palace, the Nejjarine fountains, the famous (and obnoxious) tanneries, as well as the Jewish quarter, where, if youโ€™d like, you can visit a synagogue in the mellah, are all included in your tour of the historical sites of the medina. The University of Al Karaouine is also included. It is the oldest university in the world and was founded in 851 by a woman named Fatima Fhriya. Lunch will be in the medina, the visit finishes around 3pm-4pm.

      We will leave Fes after breakfast, and drive to Moroccoโ€™s capital Rabat, a guided tour includes the most interesting monuments, the Mausoleum of Mohammed V which commemorates the Sultan who enabled Morocco to achieve independence, the incomplete Hassan Tower which is modeled on the famous Koutoubia minaret of Marrakech, and finally the Kasbah Oudaya and its gardens, then off to Casablanca to visit Mohamed 5 Square,It was created in 1916 in the early period of French colonialism, the Corniche, Rickโ€™s Cafรฉ ( Where was the American Casablanca drama romantic film 1942 ) and he Hassan II mosque is one of the largest in the world, by night you will have a free time to discover more the city.
