Day 1: Cairo-Arrival

Pass By: Cairo, Cairo, Cairo Governorate
Arrive in Cairo, where you are met by your tour representative and transferred to your historic hotel

Day 2: Giza pyramids -Sphinx

Stop At: Pyramids of Giza, Al Haram Str., Giza 12611 Egypt
Visit the Great pyramid of Cheops (Khufu). It is certainly one of the most important monuments of ancient Egypt. A masterpiece of fabricated structure and architecture, you will be overwhelmed by the huge size of its blocks, the height and the age that exceeded 4600 years.
Your guide will explain fully the history of all the area including the other pyramids, of Chephren and Mycerinus, answer all your questions and you will have the chance to take pictures of the whole area.
You will spend more than two hours in the area so that you can enter one of the pyramids chamber or visit the Sun boat museum. You may like to have a camel ride around the area.
Moving to the Sphinx area where you will spend some time exploring this monolith statue, which symbolizes the power and wisdom of the pharaoh. Next to the Sphinx area, you will visit the valley temple where you will learn about mummification in ancient Egypt.

Day 3: Fly to Luxor- West bank

Stop At: Valley of the Kings, Luxor City, Luxor 85511 Egypt
At the beginning of your tour, you will cross the Nile to the West bank where you will visit the Valley of the Kings. The Pharaohs were hiding their mummies and treasures in this barren desert area. Many of these treasures were found in these beautiful colored tombs. You can visit three tombs to enjoy the colors and murals on the walls. The tombs were craved deep in the mountain rock; you have the option to visit other royal tombs such as Tut Ankh Amun

Stop At: Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari, Kings Valley Rd Deir el-Bahari, Luxor 23512 Egypt
Then continue your tour on the west bank and drive to the mortuary temple of Queen Hatshibsut. She is the first female pharaoh in ancient Egypt who ruled the kingdom for 20 prosperous years. This temple is called El Deir el Bahari as the early Christians used the Northern monastery, as it was a Coptic monastery. Unlike the other temples, this one was built of limestone and partly hewn in the mother bedrock. It has three terraces and its focal point is to tell the story of the Divine birth of the Queen.

Day 4: temple of Hathor at Dendera

Stop At: Dendera Temple Complex, Qena Egypt
Dendera is located about 60 kilometers north of Luxor on the west bank of the Nile River opposite the town of Qena.The temple of Dendera is one of the beautiful temples that stand out among the other structures in the South of Egypt. The temple was dedicated to goddess Hathor, the goddess of maternity and love. The temple is distinguished with its well-preserved wall paintings and ceilings, its wide and huge entry and detailed carvings. Many evidences show that there were many religious structures that go back to the Old and New Kingdoms that reflect the holiness of the area. However, the current temple date back to the Greek period with many additions and expansions during the Roman era, with the birth house or (Mamisi) date back to the late period. Your private guide will explain the important parts of the temple and basic reliefs.

Day 5: Edfu - Kom Ombo

his is one of unique temples of Egypt.The temple was dedicated to two Egyptian Deities: Horus with the falcon head and Sobek with the crocodile head. The temple has two entrances, one for each of the two gods. The temple is beautifully located on a high mound .This location gives the visitor the chance to enjoy the view of the Nile.

Day 6: Aswan main attractions

Stop At: Temple of Philae, Island of Agilika, Aswan Egypt
The magnificent Temple was dedicated to the Cult of the Goddess Isis, but it became submerged after the first Aswan dam was built in 1902, and it was not until the sixties that many countries attempted to save the Temple. All these countries, together with UNESCO moved the temple to the Agilika Island. The Egyptian built the temple and during the Greek, Roman and Byzantine era; every ruler was keen on adding and expanding the temple to show his reverence to the Egyptian deities. Your Egyptologist guide will explain all the different reliefs, courts and pylons of the temple.

Stop At: Unfinished Obelisk, Sheyakhah Oula, Aswan Egypt
Stare at the huge obelisk in Aswan. In the granite quarry of the city, lying the giant obelisk. It is called the Unfinished Obelisk because it was never erected. It would have measured about 137 feet (42 meters) if completed and is estimated to weigh around 1164 tons. It is believed that the female pharaoh Hatshepsut ordered carving it during the 18th dynasty.

Stop At: Aswan High Dam, Manteqet As Sad Al Aali, Aswan Egypt
The High Dam of Aswan is one of the most important and great achievements of Egypt during the 20thCentuy. For many years, the dam represented the period of modernism in the country. It provided Egypt with Hydroelectric power and safeguarded the country from the dangers of the flood. Your guide will accompany you to explain the history of the Dam, its advantages and disadvantages.

Day 7: Abu Simbel temple complex

Stop At: Abu Simbel Temple Complex, Abu Simbel, Abu Simbel Egypt
There are two temples there; both were erected by the famous pharaoh Ramses II 1240 B.C .The two temples were carved into the mountainside. The large of them contains four huge seated statues for the pharaoh; each of them is 70 feet high. The second one is smaller and for his wife Nefertari. This one has six statues on its faรงade, two of them for the queen and four for the king

During the tour, your Egyptologist guide will explain the history of the temples and the pharaoh outside the temples, and then you will have enough free time to explore the interior of the temples and enjoy looking at the wall painting and hieroglyphics. Ramses is defeating his enemies and showing himself as a god.

Day 8: Egyptian museum-Sultan Hassan mosque-Khan Al Khalili

Stop At: The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities, Midan El Tahrir Geographical Society Building, Cairo 11511 Egypt
The Egyptian museum in Cairo is one of the largest museums in the world. Your Egypt tours will take you in a 4 hours tour to explore the treasures of the museum (opend in 1901).Look at the amazing monuments and artifacts in its different halls in a guided tour. Although the museum has tens of thousands of artifacts but in this short tour, your Egyptologist guide will focus on the highlights and masterpieces of the museum
Visit the Tut Ankh Amun Wing on the first floor and see his wonderful collection of historically important artwork. The treasures are mainly golden and they cover a quite large section of the museum. This area of the museum includes significant statues, furniture and gold sculptures. After enjoying the guided part of the tour, take some free time to browse the museum with the option of visiting the royal mummy room.

The next stop will be at Sultan Hassan mosque and Madrasa which dates back to the 14th Century. It is a unique mosque with its tall arches, beautiful multi-chromatic marble floor and unique style.

Stop At: Khan Al-Khalili, Cairo Egypt
Enjoy some free time at Khan El Khalili, the biggest market in Cairo. In Khan el Khalili bazaar, you will enjoy strolling through the maze of streets and bargain for a souvenir of your trip to Egypt. You can spend some time having a local drink in one of the oldest Coffee shops in Cairo El Fishawy (1763).

Day 9: Sakkara- Memphis

Stop At: Saqqara (Sakkara) Pyramids, Al Giza Desert, Saqqara 12919 Egypt
You will visit Sakkara, home of Egypt's oldest pyramid, built in 2800 B.C. Your guide will provide a brief history of the famous Step Pyramid and you will have free time to walk around and visit the painted tombs of the nobles

Memphis is the oldest capital of Egypt after the unity in 3100 B.C. You will visit the open-air museum of the city. In Memphis, you will see the second largest Sphinx in Egypt, the lying colossus of Ramses II and many more monuments dug in this great city.
