Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu airport and Pre-trip meeting.

Stop At: Thamel, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
After arriving in Kathmandu, a representative from Luxury Holidays Nepal will pick up from the airport and take to your hotel. In the afternoon, you may take a rest or visit Luxury Holidays Nepal’s office. At evening, we host a pre-trip meeting at your hotel in Kathmandu and introduce your tour guide. Please seek this opportunity to ask questions about your trip. This includes a final briefing and preparations for the trip. For the meeting, please make sure you bring your passport, one passport-size photo, and a readable copy of your travel insurance policy.

Day 2: A full day recreational tour of Kathmandu, the capital valley.

Stop At: Swayambhunath Stupa, Swayambhu, BHAGANPAU 44600, Nepal
You can watch over the valley from the top of a hillock on its western side. Swyambhu is also known as Samhengu and the Monkey temple because of the countless monkeys living in the premises.

Pashupatinath Temple is one of the holiest Hindu temples of Nepal. It is located on the banks of Bagmati River on the eastern outskirts of Kathmandu. Pashupatinath is the most important temple dedicated to god Shiva.

Stop At: Boudhanath Stupa, Boudh, Kathmandu 44600 Nepal
Boudhanath Stupa is 2500 years old Buddhist stupa in the Valley built in the 5th century with four pairs of eyes of Lord Buddha in four cardinal directions keeping an eternal watch over the people and their doings. You will find Buddhist pilgrims from Tibet going round the stupa spinning the prayer wheels.

Day 3: Sightseeing tour of Patan Drbar Square and Bhaktapur Durbar Square and drive to Nagarkot.

Stop At: Patan (Lalitpur), Patan (Lalitpur), Kathmandu Valley, Bagmati Zone, Central Region
Patan Durbar Square - located in central of city Lalitpur. It displays the Newari architecture that had reached its pinnacle during the reign of Malla kings who were great builders and patrons of the arts.

The most important of all the tourist sites in Bhaktapur, Bhaktapur Durbar Square is renowned as one of the most striking destinations for Nepali as well as international tourists. The area is known as “Layaku" in Newari language. Ancient temples and shrines, sculptures and historical heritage sites constructed in different eras carry the identity of this city.

Day 4: Early morning sunrise from Nagarkot and Drive To Changu Narayan.

Early morning hike to Nagarkot Hill where you get the chance to watch the sunrise over the mighty Himalayas. On a clear day, you can see Gosainkunda, Mt. Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, the Annapurna Mountains and even Mt. Everest, the top of the world. Hike back to the hotel for breakfast, then drive to Changu Narayan.
