  • Day 1 Santiago, Arrival - City Tour

      Arrival at Santiago International Airport. Upon arrival, meet with your driver-guide who will transfer you to your hotel.  During the afternoon, your tour begins with a walking tour with a local guide (approximately 2.5 hours). Youโ€™ll discover more about the city that was founded in 1541 by the Spaniard, Pedro de Valdivia, and has experienced a turbulent history filled with native conflicts, floods and earthquakes. Head to the Plaza de Armas, the heart of the city and home to the cathedral. Next, take the cable car to the top of Cerro San Cristobal for the best view of the city. Finishing the tour in the bohemian Bellavista neighborhood.  Accommodation @ 4* Hotel in Santiago 

  • Day 2 Full Day Visit To Casablanca Valley

      After breakfast at your hotel, you have the opportunity to visit Bodegas Re.  This vineyard has preserved its ancestorsโ€™ clay vessels from the Maule Valley and still produces a number of their wines within them, demonstrating that it is still possible to make excellent wines using ancient techniques and modern knowledge.  Next visit the Casas del Bosque vineyard and enjoy lunch at its restaurant where local chef mixes traditional culinary techniques with innovation and uses local ingredients in his dishes.  Finally, transfer banck to Santiago.  Accommodation @ 4* Hotel in Santiago

      This morning drive to Las Vertientes in the heart of the Maipo Canyon. Located in the foothills of the Andes, with views of the River Maipo, this area is a popular weekend spot for santiaguinos Our first stop will be at Haras de Pirque Vineyard for a visit to this unique winery. In 1991, after a highly successful business career in Chile's private sector, entrepreneur Eduardo Matte acquired this estate near Pirque, a prestigious winegrowing area situated in the Maipo Valley. The property โ€“ today covering 600 hectares โ€“ gently ascends the lower slopes of a spur of the Andes Mountains. The visit will include a tasting of premium wines. Continue to Santa Rita Winery.  After lunch at Doรฑa Paula restaurant, guided tour through grape variety garden, vineyards, winemaking and cellaring process, and bottling process, visiting โ€œBodega 1โ€ โ€“ the wineryโ€™s first cellar and the โ€œCellar of the 120 Patriotsโ€, where you will discover the exciting story that gives 120 its name. The tour ends with a tasting of Reserva and Gran Reserva wines, with a free souvenir engraved wineglass. You will also receive free entry to the Museo Andino museum.
