      Welcome to take our Honduras private tour with daily departure, which can be tailored to meet your individual interests. You will enjoy a more personalized experience as the trip is only for your private party, with no other people. 


      Upon your arrival, your bilingual driver will meet you at Aeropuerto Internacional Ramon Villeda Morales Airport (SAP) in San Pedro Sula and transfer you to the hotel in Copan directly. After around 4 hoursโ€™ driving, we will arrive at Copan town and check in at the hotel.

  • Day 2 Copan Ruinas

      Copan Ruinas

      After breakfast, we will begin the tour to discover the Maya Civilization. Firstly, visit the Copan Ruinas, one of the most important remnant sites of the Mayan civilization. Follow your professional guide to visit the main parts such as the Hieroglyphic Stairway, the Mayan Ball Court, and the Sepulchers one by one. In the afternoon, we will explore Copan in another way: enjoy a horse ride along the Copan River Valley to the Maya-Chorti village of La Pintada, where you could enjoy close contact with local people.

      Enjoy A Birding Tour In La Laguna, Drive To Gracias

      In the morning, you will enjoy a La Laguna birding walk tour along the Copan River. Besides the common birds, you will also have a chance to see some precious birds like Indigo Bunting, Blue Grossbeaks, Squirrel Cuckoo and Orioles. In the afternoon, we will drive south to Gracias, Lempira. En route, stop at Santa Rosa de Copan for a break. After 3 hoursโ€™ driving, arrive at Gracias and check in at the hotel. This evening is free for you to stroll around the cobble stoned streets of the town. You may find some nice shops with local souvenirs or handmade carpentry items.

  • Day 4 Experience The Lenca Culture In Caiquin And La Campa

      Experience The Lenca Culture In Caiquin And La Campa

      Today, we will spend a full day to experience the largest indigenous tribal group, Lenca. Firstly, we will drive around 1 hour to San Marcos de Caiquin town, a small adobe village among the pines, where the Lenca people have inhabited for more than 1,500 years. Now it is also well known for its world-class coffee plantations. Strolling around the coffee farm, you will have a chance to taste the best local coffee.


      In the afternoon, we will drive back to Gracias and visit the La Campa villages on the way. First, come to the center of the village to visit their historic church, Iglesia de San Matias, and then walk into their adobe houses to admire the demonstration of the earthenware pottery making. Afterwards, return back to the hotel in Gracias.

  • Day 5 Gracias - La Esperanza - Lake Yojoa

      Gracias - La Esperanza - Lake Yojoa

      After breakfast at the hotel, we will drive around 1.5 hours to La Esperanza. Accompanied by your guide, you will enjoy a walking tour of La Esperanza, Intibuca. Your guide will lead you to the La Gruta, a heritage abbey on the Crucita hill to memorialize the Virgin of Lourdes. At the top of the hill, you will have an awesome view of the town.


      In the afternoon, continue to drive 2 hours to the Lake Yojoa. Visit the Pulhapanzak Waterfall. Afterwards, we will check into the hotel.

  • Day 6 Hiking In The Santa Barbara National Park, Drive To La Ceiba

      Hiking In The Santa Barbara National Park, Drive To La Ceiba

      We will spend the whole morning in the Santa Barbara Mountain National Park to enjoy the cloud forest hiking and visit the Organic Garden. During the hiking, you will have a chance to see 400 species of birds. If lucky enough, you will meet with the Resplendent Quetzal, one of the worldโ€™s most dazzling birds. In the Organic Garden, you will get to know some medicinal and eatable plants.


      In the afternoon, we will drive around 5 hours to go through the north mountainous region to reach La Ceiba. Upon arrival, check into the hotel located near the River Cangrejal.

  • Day 7 Cayos Cochinos
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Cayos Cochinos

      Today we will enjoy a boat trip to the Cayos Cochinos Marine Reserve, where you will have a full day to explore the island. We will walk into the Garifuna village of Chachahuate to see the local life and interact with local people. You can also enjoy snorkeling in the second-largest coral reef of the world. At lunch time, you will have a typical Honduran lunch. After finishing the tour, we will cruise back to La Ceiba, and then transfer to your hotel.

  • Day 8 La Ceiba - Roatan

      La Ceiba - Roatan

      After breakfast, your driver will transfer you to the La Ceibaยดs dock to catch the ferry to Roatan, departing at 09:30. You will arrive at Roatan around 10:45. The driver will pick you up and transfer to the hotel located on the West Bay Beach for your following 2 nightsโ€™ stay in Roatan. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the charming island.

  • Day 9 Roatan Free Time
