Itinerary of your trip 8 Day Galápagos Trip By Exploring 5 Islands

  • Day 1 Day 1: Isla San Cristobal/Transfer + Interpretation Center + Tijeretas Or Carola Beach
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 1: Isla San Cristobal/Transfer + Interpretation Center + Tijeretas Or Carola Beach

      You will be picked-up at the airport by your private certified guide and he will take you to the hotel. After your lunch with the guide you will visit the Interpretation Center, where the guide will talk to you about the formation, colonization and actual situation of the islands. Then you will follow the trail to the Frigate bird hill, a viewpoint from which you have a beautiful view over the island. You will be able to snorkel the shallow waters of Tijeretas Bay or Carola beach (according to the tide your guide will take you to the best spot), where you can see sea lions, various tropical fishes, and turtles. Your small hike will finish at Carola beach from where you will go back to the hotel and have the rest of the day free time for dinner. Meals: Breakfast and Lunch

  • Day 2 Day 2: Isla San Cristobal/ Lobos Island

      Day 2: Isla San Cristobal/ Lobos Island

      On a 30 min boat ride from the port, you arrive on Lobos Island, as its name implies a home to a large sea lion colony. But that’s not the only thing you’ll find while you’ll hike and snorkel at the island on this half-day tour. During the hike, you hopefully spot blue-footed boobies, marine iguanas and frigate birds, while during snorkeling you can often see the marine iguanas eating, as well as rays and turtles in the sandy bottom that separates Lobos Island from the mainland of San Cristobal. This tour includes a stop at Playa Ochoa. In the early afternoon, you be back at the port and have the rest of the afternoon free time. Note: This day could vary with Española Island or kicker rock depending on availability. 

  • Day 3 Day 3: Isla Espanola
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 3: Isla Espanola

      Departure by boat to Española Island. The boat ride takes 1h30 each way approx. At arrival you will disembark at Punta Suarez where you will begin a hike, looking for Nazca and blue-footed boobies... After the hike, you will go back on board for lunch and then reach a snorkel spot where those who want can enjoy a snorkel session and look for tropical fishes, rays..back to San Cristobal port in the end of the afternoon. Please note: Albatrosses are not on the island from late December to the beginning of April approx. Still, you have a lot of wildlife to see). After the tour, you have a bit of free time and then you will meet with the whole group for dinner. Meals included: Breakfast and Lunch Note: This day could vary with Lobos Island or kicker rock depending on the availability. 

  • Day 4 Day 4: Isla Santa Cruz / El Chato + Charles Darwin Station
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 4: Isla Santa Cruz / El Chato + Charles Darwin Station

      At 6:30 pick you up and take you to the harbor 7:00 speedboat to Santa Cruz (approx. 2-hour ride). A local guide will receive you at the harbor. Drive to a Ranch in the highlands to see giant tortoises in their native environment! After a lunch stop at Charles Darwin Research Station.

  • Day 5 Day 5: Isla Pinzon
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 5: Isla Pinzon

      The tour to Pinzon is a real adventure!! Once we get there you will enjoy a great volcanic landscape of Pinzón Island, we will Anker in the bay and from the boat we will swim and snorkel in a pristine environment, sea turtles LOTS of white tip reef sharks, sea lions, big parrot fishes, more than 45 minutes snorkeling to an hour enjoying it, then back on board and box lunch.

  • Day 6 Day 6: Isla Isabela / Tintoreras Islet
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 6: Isla Isabela / Tintoreras Islet

      At 6:30 am picking you up at the hotel and go to the harbor, share speed boat at 7:00 am to Isabela (approx. 2-hour ride). Once on Isabela, visit the Tintoreras islet, short hike, and snorkeling. You can spot penguins, marine iguanas, sea lions and reef sharks, which are resting there in the lava channel. Snorkel in turquoise water and spot different fishes, sea turtles, rays and penguins.  Meals: Breakfast and Lunch

  • Day 7 Day 7: Isla Isabela / Sierra Negra Volcano
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Day 7: Isla Isabela / Sierra Negra Volcano

      You walk through spectacular lava landscapes and have views of the northern volcanoes of Isabela and Fernandina. The hike to the Sierra Negra Volcano and the Volcano Chico is 16 km long ( hike approx. 3- 6 hours). 

  • Day 8 Day 8: Transfer To The Airport

      Day 8: Transfer To The Airport

      At 5:30 am picking you up at your hotel and go to the pier, where you will take the shared speed boat to Santa Cruz. Afterward, your driver will bring you to the Itabaca Channel, which you will cross on a ferry. Please take into account that your flight does not depart before 12:30 pm.  End of our services
