      Arrive at Rio de Janeiro airport and transfer to your hotel. Rio de Janeiro was founded in 1565 and itยดs one of the most incredible cities you can visit in South America. The warmth of its people, the colorful culture, the incredible beaches, and the landscapes, makes Rio a must-see on your trip to South America. After arrival at the hotel, free time to rest.       Day 2: Rio De Janeiro, City And Sugar Loaf

      After breakfast, and in the morning, we will start our first visit to the incredible Cidade Maravilhosa, in Portuguese Wonderful City. Tour starts with unique panoramic views of the beaches. One of the first stops is the Metropolitan Cathedral, where we will stop for some good photos and learn a bit more about the history of the city. Then, we will go directly to take the cable car to enjoy the Sugar Loaf, an icon of the city. Be ready with your camera to take unique panoramic landscapes of Guanabara Bay and surrounding beaches. You also can see Niteroi and Santa Cruz Fortress from there, and the local beaches of Botafogo and Flamengo. After enjoying the hill for about 45 minutes, we will continue with our trip. We will cross the Santa Barbara tunnel, to see downtown Rio and then go directly to the Sambodromo, a special place that holds the Carnival, the most important event in Rio every year. Return to our hotel and free time for lunch. Itยดs a half-day excursion, so you can choose any of the activities listed below to enjoy the afternoon and evening in Rio de Janeiro.

      Day 3: Rio De Janeiro: Corcovado And Christ The Redeemer

      After breakfast, we will start our second visit to Rio de Janeiro. The main attraction is the incredible Christ the Redeemer Statue, declared recently as one of the new seven wonders of the world. Itยดs located at the top of the Corcovado mountain, which was named for its shape, due to its narrow summit. The statue of Christ the Redeemer was built in 1926 and was a really big challenge for the engineers. It is the most popular attraction of Corcovado mountain and one of the must-sees in Rio de Janeiro. Corcovado and Christ the Redeemer bring over 300,000 visitors every year. From the peakโ€™s platform, the panoramic view includes downtown Rio, as well as the south area. Be ready to take excellent photos from there After visiting the statue, we will continue our tour to visit Tijuca Forest. It is a natural boundary that splits the city in two. The park has over 3000 species of plants, and hundreds of bird types, and great biodiversity. Without the park, the city temperature would probably increase around two degrees celsius. In general, the tour includes a visit to Corcovado mountain, the statue of Christ the Redeemer, the Tijuca Forest, the Chinese View, the Taunay`s Waterfalls, and the Visitor Center. Return to your hotel and free time for lunch. Again, itยดs a half-day trip so you can enjoy the beach on your own, or maybe add some of our optional tours and enjoy Rio de Janeiro during the afternoon and also in the evening with some interesting dinners and shows.

      After breakfast, free time until your transfer to the airport. If your flight leaves in the afternoon or also in the evening, you can add some interesting optional activities from the list below. Goodbye Rio de Janeiro! Arrival to Salvador de Bahia, one of the most important cities in Brazil, and the first colonial city in the country. Brazilโ€™s first capital preserves an important historical city center, listed as Unescoโ€™s Cultural Heritage Site: the Pelourinho, which gives the visitor the opportunity to visit Brazilian Baroque Churches and century-old manors. There are more than 300 churches in Salvador. One of them is Sรฃo Francisco Church, recognized by its grandiosity. You will discover the Capoeira, that`s a martial art that looks like a dance. The city is also the location of one of the countryโ€™s most vibrant and disputed carnival parties. After arrival, transfer to your hotel and free time.       After breakfast, we will start the visit to the city. After pick up, we will start visiting Farol da Barra, one of the most beautiful scenery in Salvador and where one of the best carnival in the country starts.  Then we will go to the historic center, where we will visit Pelourinho and take a walk through one of the Cultural Heritage of Humanity. Be ready to take many photos, it`s a very colorful place. After some free time for lunch, we will visit the lower city to see the Lacerda Elevator, tie your ribbon at Bonfim Church and take a little bit of Bahia to your home when visiting the Mercado Modelo.  It`s a half day tour. Return to the hotel and free time.

      After breakfast, free time until transfer to airport. If you have some free time before leaving the city, you can choose any of the alternative activities available below. Good bye Salvador de Bahia! MANAOS: Arrival to the gate to Amazonas! Welcome to Manaos!. Upon arrival at Manaus Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to spend at your leisure, whether relaxing in your hotel or exploring the city.

      Day 8: Manaus And Amazon Rainforst

      After breakfast, We depart from our selected hotels to travel 18 km from the Estrada da Ponta Negra to the port of Manaos, where our tour begins. It is located in the center of the city and will do a visit inside it. Then we continue with a brief stop in front of the Black River Palace, the official seat of the State Government, and a fine example of the architecture of Manaos golden period. The following point of interest is the Indian Museum, of the Salesian Congregation, the best place to understand the traditions and customs of indigenous peoples. It is a collection of over four thousand pieces made by different tribes that, through the years inhabited the region. The exhibits include household utensils, musical instruments, ornaments, and weapons. Then, we will take an external visit to the Amazonโ€™s Palace of Justice, built at the behest of Governor Eduardo Ribeiro, this building, inspired by the French and neoclassical styles, has been reconverted and currently functions as a cultural center. Finally, the tour ends with a visit inside the Amazon Theater, inaugurated in 1896, which is one of the main tourist attractions of Manaus. Symbol of the golden period of the city.       After breakfast, We leave our hotel in Manaus to travel to the Tropical Hotel pier where we board a speedboat and head towards Lake Acajatuba. Here, visitors can see the freshwater dolphins of the Amazon, and also have the opportunity to feed them. This is certainly a unique and unforgettable experience, as they can get in direct contact with the pink dolphins and learn more about the ecosystem they inhabit. These dolphins are very special, because they are considered the most intelligent among all dolphin species, so they are very friendly and social creatures. During the return, we can enjoy the beautiful scenery around the banks of the Amazon river, also with the opportunity to see some species of birds and other animals. Return to the hotel.
