      Day 1: Fly To Ilulissat From Reykjavik

      On your own, transfer from your accommodation to the domestic airport in downtown Reykjavik. Air Iceland Connect flight from Reykjavik to Ilulissat takes approx. 3 hours. Expected arrival in Ilulissat is around noon. You will be met at the airport in Greenland by a representative of your hotel. Upon arrival in Ilulissat you can choose from many exciting guided excursions. Overnight in Ilulissat.

  • Day 2 Day 2-3: Free Time

      Day 2-3: Free Time

      Breakfast at hotel. Free days for optional excursions. The times and dates for each excursion vary from day to day, so they can only be confirmed upon request. Wintertime means dog sledding time. Danish writer Jรธrn Riel calls dog sledding โ€œthe most wonderful mode of transportation in the world,โ€ and we think thatโ€™s no exaggeration. Overnight in Ilulissat.

      Day 4: Fly To Reykjavik From Ilulissat Or Extra Night

      Breakfast at your hotel. The hotel will inform you when you will be picked up for the transfer to the airport in Ilulissat. The flight from Ilulissat to Reykjavik departs around noon (approx. 3 hours), arriving in Reykjavik around dinner time.  Note: Flight and tour schedules are subject to change in case of unfavorable weather or ice conditions.

Reykjavรญk is the capital and most populated city of Iceland. It is located south of the Faxaflรณi Bay, in a zone where the geysers abound. During the winter it only gets four hours of sunlight, and during the summer the nights are as clear as the day.
