  • Day 1 Departure & Boat Cruise In Queen Elizabeth

      Departure & Boat Cruise In Queen Elizabeth

      Depart Kampala at 6.00 AM for the 6 to 7 hour drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park.

      The journey takes you through the cool undulating tea plantations along Fort Portal town also known as Ugandaโ€™s tourism city. Stopover for Lunch in Fort Portal town. You then descend into the rift valley with glimpses of the mighty snow-capped Rwenzori Mountain range in the distance through Kasese town.

      Dinner and overnight in Queen Elizabeth.

  • Day 2 Tree Climbing Lions & Game Drive

      Have breakfast at 5:50am then 6:20am depart to the park for the early morning game driver to see the big 4 such as Elephants, bufaloes, lions. leorpads, hipos, hynnas lots of aunt lops and many bird spieces, 11:00am leave the park travel to Bwindi impenrtrable national park with a stop for lunch break at Ishaka after lunch proceed with the journey to Bwindi and arrive in early eveing.

      Accomodation is at Rushaga Gorila lodge.

  • Day 3 Tracking The Gentle Giant- Gorilla

      Tracking The Gentle Giant- Gorilla

      It is D-day!

      Preparations begin quite early with a quick breakfast to enable you catch up with the group. The hiking and tracking is both beautiful, tiresome and adventurous.

      The terrain can be treacherous and muddy while the tracking can take anywhere from two hours to 6 hours. But it is all worth it as you come face to face with these dinosaurs of the wild described as the amazing gentle giants.

      The gentle habits of these incredible creatures defy their size. You will be guided on how to behave in their presence as well as how to capture your lifetime memorable photos while in their presence. You are restricted to only one hour with the gorillas because of safety and habituation reasons. But again, it is all worth it.

      You may also see other primates as well as monkeys, butterflies birds and the incredible mist covered terrain.

  • Day 4 Departure & Igongo Cultural Museum

      Departure & Igongo Cultural Museum

      Depart the lodge with the final destination being Kampala or Rwanda kigali 

      Stopover and lunch at Igongo Cultural Museum just after Mbarara Town. This museum presents you a great opportunity to be takeen through the cultural activities of the Ankole people from dressing, hunting, war stories, marriage and cattle keeping among others. (Optional) Across the Museum is the Biharwe Eclipse Monument.

      Drive to Kampala for overnight or departure to kigali Rwanda.
