  • Day 1 Punta Arenas, Arrival - Puerto Natales

      Punta Arenas, Arrival - Puerto Natales

      Reception at Punta Arenas Airport (we recommend you take a flight to Punta Arenas, arriving before 5:00pm). Transfer to the local terminal to take the regular bus heading the city of Puerto Natales. Duration: 3 hours. on arrival to Puerto Natales, transfer from terminal to hotel Overnight in a 4* Hotel in Puerto Natales ย (Martin Gusinde or similar)ย 

  • Day 2 Full Day Hike Laguna Sarmiento To Laguna Amarga

      Full Day Hike Laguna Sarmiento To Laguna Amarga

      This is an excursion that joins two of the three accesses that has the Torres del Paine National Park allowing to visit a little known and very attractive perspective for the observation of fauna. Its scenic environment is definitely a place worth exploring. Sarmiento & Amarga entrances medium intensity trek, soft hike that passes by two of the Torres del Paine National Park entrances. Depart from your hotel in Puerto Natales to go to the Lago Sarmiento Entrance, where we will begin our trek of near 6 km (3.7 miles) -recommended to train for the Base of Torres del Paine Trek. ย We will follow a softly inclined track, with a view of the Sarmiento Lake, hunting area of the puma. After walking for 1 hour, we will see rock paintings of about 6000 years old. Hunter groups that were the first inhabitants of Patagonia frequented this place. Here we will rest and take pictures of the surroundings, while we listen to the local history. Then, we will go on to the Blanquillos Lagoon, nesting place of different birds. After 3 hours of trek, we will reach the Laguna Amarga Entrance, where we will be able to use the bathroom so then we can board our vehicle and go towards the Paine Waterfall, where we will be able to see the water color variation because of the sediment and minerals. Here we will enjoy our box lunch, with a view of the Torres del Paine.ย  Finally, we will pass by the Caรฑadรณn Macho, natural habitat of guanacos' groups, in the way back to the city of Puerto Natales.   • Day 3 Full Day Hike To Base Las Torres
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Full Day Hike To Base Las Torres

      Early morning departure from your hotel in Puerto Natales, to go to the Las Torres sector, where Estancia Cerro Paine is located. There we will start our trekking along a path in the direction of the valley, passing by a suspension bridge over the Ascencio River. About 150 meters further on we will take a fork that will take us to Base Las Torres.We will continue along a zig zag path of marked slope for one hour. We will pass by a slope and after 45 minutes we will arrive at the Chileno campsite, on the bank opposite the river, in the shade of a forest with moderate slope. After just over an hour from the campsite we will reach the foot of the moraine to access the viewpoint through a path of increased slope. Half an hour later we will reach the eastern end of the lagoon, with a beautiful view of the three towers and Peineta and Nido de Cรณndores hills. We will take advantage of the place to enjoy our box lunch, to then return to the starting point. There we will board the vehicle that will take us back to Puerto Natales.
