Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival to Slovenia, Ljubljana

Stop At: Ljubljana, Ljubljana, Upper Carniola Region
After arrival to Ljubljana visit of old centre of Ljubljana. We will see the City Hall, the Three Bridges, and the Cathedral and observe the old Castle. In the evening wine tasting of Slovenian wines, later dinner in one of Slovenian restaurants.

Day 2: Bled - Otocec - Zagreb

Stop At: Bled, Bled, Upper Carniola Region
In the morning visit Bled, Alpine pearl of Slovenia. Later continue via Otocec castle to Zagreb, capital of Croatia.

Day 3: Zagreb – Plitvice

Stop At: Plitvice Lakes National Park, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Central Croatia
Morning sightseeing of Zagreb, including famous Cathedral. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon, drive to Plitvice national park. Overnight in Plitvice.

Day 4: Natural adventures – National park Plitvice

Stop At: Plitvice Lakes National Park, Plitvice Lakes National Park, Central Croatia
After breakfast, visit Plitvice to admire lakes, ponds and waterfalls that are now under UNESCO protection for its beauty. In the afternoon drive to Zadar. Overnight

Day 5: to Kornati island

Stop At: Kornati Islands National Park, Kornati Islands National Park, Sibenik-Knin County, Dalmatia
We will spend unforgettable day in national park Kornati. Driving by boat to National Park of Kornati, which is a group of 89 small but very special islands. A pleasant sail among a group of islands and a stop on one of the islands where we shall enjoy the picturesque setting as well as a lunch of grilled fish and wine in a relaxing ambiance. We will see the settlements which are actually the spot of movie shooting of Vinetou saga. Free time to climb to the top of one of the numerous hills and time for swimming in crystal clear water. In late afternoon return back to Zadar and overnight.

Day 6: Split - Dubrovnik

Stop At: Split, Split, Split-Dalmatia County, Dalmatia
Early in the morning, departure to old city of Split, another old Dalmatian town under UNESCO protection. Continue drive to Dubrovnik. Overnight.

Day 7: Dubrovnik

With a local guide we will visit the old en-walled city centre which is under UNESCO protection, walk around the walls, which offer great views and see all main attractions.

Day 8: Dubrovnik – Mostar (Bosnia) – Sarajevo

Stop At: Mostar, Mostar, Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina
After early morning coffee we will continue to Mostar where we will see the restored old bridge on the river Neretva, also known as the “melting pot of cultures”.

Stop At: Sarajevo, Sarajevo, Sarajevo Canton, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina
Head towards Sarajevo, the capital city of Bosnia and Herzegovina, where we will arrive in the early afternoon. Follows sightseeing of city’s main attractions: old part of city Bascarsija with old oriental architecture. After that you will have time to wander around the streets that never sleep and taste some typical food, especially »cevapcici«.

Day 9: Sarajevo – Belgrade (Serbia)

In the morning at leisure. After lunch drive to Belgrade.

Day 10: Belgrade

Stop At: Belgrade, Belgrade
We spend whole day in Belgrade, the capital of Serbia and one of the oldest European cities. We shall experience the kindness of Serbian people, their incredible cuisine and their music. Visit of Belgrade main attractions. We will see Kucu cvijeca (House of Flowers), last home of Tito, Castle of Kalemegdan above the Danube, Orthodox church of Saint Sava, Palace of Princess Ljubice. Free afternoon for individual exploring.
