Day 1: DUBAI - ARRIVAL

Pass By: Dubai, Dubai, Emirate of Dubai

Day 2: ABU DHABI

Breakfast at your hotel. Departure for a half day Abu Dhabi city tour, the largest and the capital city of the United Arab Emirates. This comprehensive tour is the ideal introduction to the UAE capital and the island on which it stands. The name Abu Dhabi means: โ€œFather of the Gazelleโ€. Our first stop will be at Sheikh Zayed Grand mosque, one of the largest Mosques in the world; able to accommodate more than 30,000 worshipers. The beautiful Mosque is completely clad in marble and also features intricate Islamic decoration and carvings as well as extensive landscaping works. We will continue our tour towards Abu Dhabi downtown. Further proceed to Heritage Village, which houses a small museum and depicts the traditional daily activities of the Arab community prior to the discovery of oil. We will also visit the Al Hosn fort, the ancestral home of the Al Nahyan and the symbolic heart of Abu Dhabi. Lunch will be served in a buffet style meal. In the afternoon, we will drive along the spectacular Corniche, past gleaming white mosques, glass-clad offices and elegant high-rise apartments to the tip of the breakwater for a superb view of the cityโ€™s magnificent skyline. The remaining part of the afternoon will be devoted to drive through the famous giant Saadiyat Island project where the LOUVRE museum is built to complete the image of ABU DHABI as a cultural city. The Louvre Abu Dhabi is an art and civilization museum, located on the Cultural District. After the visit of the Louvre museum .We will continue to famous Yas Island which houses the FORMULA 1 YAS circuit, the Warner Bros parc & the first attraction park of Ferrari in the world. An impressive attraction park, the largest covered air-conditioned park in the world with a huge Red FERRARI sign as landmark. Dinner at a Traditional Restaurant. Overnight in Abu Dhabi.

Day 3: ABU DHABI - AL AIN

Stop At: Al Ain, Al Ain, Emirate of Abu Dhabi
Breakfast at your hotel. This morning we depart to Al Ain, on our road we will pass a modern real factory of dates, if we are lucky enough a visit could be arranged for our guests. Our journey will take us also to a unique in the world manufacture of Camel leather goods factory. (The visit being conditional to the approval of the factory management) before we reach the oasis city of Al Ain, located on the Hajjar Mountains. Al Ain is one of the oldest cities in the UAE, rich in traditions. For thousands of years the oasis of Al Ain has been an important caravan stop on the ancient trade routes across Arabia. You will visit the camel market, the largest in the UAE. Visit of Al Ain Palace, it is one the most important cultural places in Al Ain city. It is a direct testimony to the period of rule of the late Sheik Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan in Al Ain and his original place of residence there. The Palace is also the birthplace of HH Sheikh Mohamad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Crown Prince of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Visit of the Jahili fort, one of the largest castles in Al Ain and best-in-class example of the Islamic military architecture locally. After lunch in the city, we will proceed to a photo stop of Jebel Hafeet and visit the QASR Al Muwaiji of Al Ain, where you will learn more about the history of this region. In the afternoon, step back in time at the Hilli Gardens (not Fridays) , famous for the archaeological excavations from the third millennium B.C. After the visit of AL AIN. we transfer to the hotel and check in. Dinner in hotel & Overnight at the hotel in Al Ain.

Day 4: AL AIN โ€“ JABREEN โ€“ BAHLA - NIZWA

Stop At: Nizwa, Nizwa, Ad-Dakhiliyah Governorate
Breakfast at your hotel. We will depart to the Omani border. Immigration formalities to undergo at both UAE & Oman borders. Enjoy a scenic drive through the inland of the Sultanate of Oman while heading towards the city of Nizwa, which was once the capital of Oman and retains its charm as an enduring reminder of traditional Oman. Forts and castles are Omanโ€™s most striking cultural landmarks and together with its towers and city walls, have historically been used as defensive look-out points. It is estimated that there are over 500 forts, castles and towers in Oman. Our today visit will include a few of the ones which are more remarkable & striking in their architecture & style. Nizwa, Omanโ€™s cultural capital .A simple picnic lunch will be arranged en route. Our first visit of the day, and the most impressive fortress in the Sultanate of Oman: the fortress of Jabreen which dates back to 1670. Its design and construction were supervised by the Al Imam Bil Arab bin Sultan Al Y`aribi (who now rests on the left side of the castleโ€™s main entrance) and was built to resemble the most beautiful palaces of that period. This castle was a beautiful palace for the Imam and his family and a bastion during wartime. It was also a beacon of education and contained many study rooms. We will continue to Bahla for a photo stop. It was once protected by a 37 kilometer long wall. Continue to the date palm groves of Al Hamra, which is also noted for its extraordinary ancient mud houses. We will also visit one of oldest houses of Sheikh โ€œBait Al Safaโ€, which has been restored and decorated and transform into a lively museum. Then we proceed to Nizwa and explore the eventful history in the region around Nizwa. In former times the city was the capital of Oman. Dinner & Overnight in Nizwa.

Day 5: NIZWA - WAHIBA SANDS

Stop At: Wahiba Sands, Wahiba Sands, Ash-Sharqiyah Governorate
Breakfast at the hotel. Will start our day by exploring the Nizwa area, our first stop will be the charming ancestral village of BIRKAT AL MAWZ at the bottom of the GREEN mountain, JEBEL AKHDAR . Then will explore the old Souk of Nizwa and its fort .The next stop will be Mudairib, a pretty village of the Interior, dominated by its rectangular fort. Shaded arched colonnades, a flowing falaj and some magnificently carved, ancient wooden doors are testimony to the age of this ancient town. Simple lunch in a small local restaurantโ€ฆ After lunch will drive up in our 4x4 to Al Wasil, the beginning of Wahiba Sands for the overnight camping. Wahiba Sands - is one of the most fascinating and mysterious regions of Oman. Wahiba is also home to a few thousand Bedouins, who are known to have inhabited this inhospitable region for at least 7000 years. On arrival at the campsite the guests will be welcomed by the Bedouins and they will serve the guests โ€“ Omani coffee, fresh fruits and mineral water. After light refreshment our skilled driver will take the guests for a dune drive. Then return to the campsite. At night we will enjoy a moonlight dinner at the camp under millions of starsโ€ฆ Dinner & Overnight at the Desert camp.

Day 6: WAHIBA โ€“ SUR - MUSCAT

Stop At: Sur, Sur, Ash-Sharqiyah Governorate
After the camp breakfast we will have a short desert exploration by 4x4 until thrilling experience. The vast, ever shifting dunes support an astonishing variety of wildlife and host different kinds of flora and fauna. The quick changing patterns of the dunes are a photographerโ€™s delight. Wahiba sands are also the home to a few thousand Bedouins, who are known to have inhabited this inhospitable region for at least 7000 years. Go dune bashing as our experienced drivers show their skill on the dune drive which is a thrilling experience. After that we visit Wadi Bani Khalid โ€“ a lush green valley surrounded by rugged mountains. We will enjoy an incredible view and a chance to capture the scenic beauty with your camera. Investigate the surrounding area on foot. Lunch at Wadi Bani Khalid. We will then continue our route through the Omani mountains and wadis. We will then continue to Sur, a sea-faring town and a trading port bustling with activity throughout the year. Famed for the fascinating architecture of its old town and shipyards where traditional dhows have been built for centuries at the edge of the bay. Continue on the coastal road passing through high cliffs and small fishing villages. On the way, we will pass WADI SHAB a paradise of natural pools and caves. It is marvelous natural wadi with great natural pools Then will continue our journey back to Muscat. We will pass by the white sand beaches of FINS. Then we continue to the famous Sinkhole where we will stop , before reaching our destination. Drop off in your hotel in Muscat. Dinner & Overnight in Muscat

Day 7: MUSCAT

Stop At: Muscat, Muscat, Muscat Governorate
Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out from hotel. We will visit MUSCAT.Drive through the beautiful embassy quarter, visit the the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque that has a remarkable architectural achievement. As a contemporary place of worship it serves as a spiritual landmark for modern Oman, projecting the values and aspirations of the Omani people. As an edifice, it maintains a perfect balance between aesthetics, culture and deeply rooted Islamic tradition. After the visit , we will continue exploring the different areas of the city .Lunch will be served in the city. After lunch, we will visit the famous Royal OPERA house of Muscat , a music sanctuary created recently by Sultan Qaboos . Afterwards we will visit Old Muscat, surrounded by steep mountains and flanked by twin 16thcentury forts โ€˜Jalaliโ€™ & โ€˜Miraniโ€™, also see the Al Alam Palace, His Majesty Sultan Qaboosโ€™ residence. We will then proceed to Bait Al Zubair Museum. Bait Al Zubair is itself a part of Muscat heritage. Sheikh Al Zubair who served three former Sultans, founded the house in 1914 and his son Mohammad Al Zubair opened it as a museum in 1998. Itโ€™s carved doors opens up into a fortress style reception. The museum includes traditional Omani weaponry, jeweler, costumes, domestic utensils and recreated urban and rural environments. Then drive through the scenic beauty of the corniche, stop at Muttrah - the main port & commercial centre, and explore the colorful historic souk. This is a real souk with winding alleys and backstreets and stalls selling all manner of textiles, jewelry, traditional Omani perfumes (bukhoor - made of frankincense), souvenirs and antiquesโ€ฆ.After that long tour , we will drive back to the hotel. Dinner at a traditional oriental restaurant, where the smells of grilled meats and of burned apples and roses going out from the โ€œshi-shasโ€ will only confirm the relaxing atmosphere that the OMANI people enjoy. Day 8: MUSCAT - NAKHL โ€“ SOHAR โ€“ DUBAI

Stop At: Nakhl, Nakhl, Al Batinah Governorate
Breakfast at your hotel. We will depart to the Northern Al Batinah region of Oman. You will visit the impressing fortresses of Nakhl . Nakhl is a typical Omani village. It lies at the foothills of the mountains near an abundant source of water, which irrigates extensive date palm plantations. As you approach Nakhl, keep an eye out on the fortress that sits on a hillock outside the town. The fortโ€™s origin is pre-Islamic with major contributions by the Al Yaโ€™ruba and the Al Bu Sayed dynasties. We will visit the fort, and the mineral-laden hot springs water in Nakhl (Al Thowarah Hot Spring) and continue to Sohar, you will stop in the city of Sohar with its beautiful Corniche, see it marvelous , mosque , and the best of all visit a OMANI sweet factory . just see how this famous sweet made of sugar, saffron, rose water and many other ingredients is being cooked with natural woods . Lunch in Sohar , and then we will continue to the Oman - Emirates border. After immigration and custom formalities, we will cross the HATTA area in the UAE , and take our route to the DUBAI. Day 9: DUBAI

Breakfast at your hotel. We will start a half day guided tour. You will have the opportunity to discover the spectacular and lively metropolis of Dubai. The city, developed from a small fishing village at the Dubai Creek, nowadays presents itself as a glamorous metropolis at the Arabian Gulf. The distinctive skyscrapers and gigantic shopping-malls will impress every visitor. We start with Bastakyia, the old town district of Dubai. Learn everything about the local history and geography of the city when visiting the Dubai museum, located in the ancient fortress of Al-Fahidi. Another highlight will follow: you will use the local water taxis, called โ€œAbrasโ€, to cross the Dubai Creek. Enjoy the spectacular view of the city while heading towards the district of Deira. Here you will be enchanted by the large variety of exotic spices in the famous Spice Souk. Take the chance to get a unique and affordable souvenir when you visit the adjacent Gold Souk. We then proceed to Jumeirah area, where we will have a photo stop of the awe-inspiring Grand Mosque of Jumeirah. Built in the medieval Fatimid tradition, this stone structure is a tribute to modern Islamic architecture. After that, photo stop of Burj Al Arab hotel and continue to Atlantis hotel located at crescent of Palm Jumeirah. We will experiment the Monorail which is a good vantage point to see the Palm Jumeirah. After that trip by train we will join back our bus , and will pass the Dubai MARINA area .It is lunch time , we propose you to experiment the local Mandi which is a traditional dish originated from Hadhramaut, Yemen consisting mainly of meat and rice with a special blend of Baharat/spices. It is cooked in a pit underground. It's extremely popular and prevalent in this area.In the afternoon, we will move towards the region of DUBAI Mall and Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest tower and the centerpiece of the Gulf region's most prestigious urban development to date. Burj Khalifa will radiate out in a series of ellipses from the sky breaking tower encompassing residential, commercial, hotel, entertainment and the world's largest shopping mall .We will propose to climb to the Burj Khalifa (optional) at the DUBAI Mall site.. Free time for shopping. Visit a Craft Center in Dubai we before return to the hotel. In the evening enjoy a dhow cruise dinner at Dubai Creek .Overnight in Dubai.

Day 10: DUBAI โ€“ SHARJAH โ€“ DEPARTURE

After the breakfast, proceed for a half day Sharjah tour. This tour will take you to Sharjah, the cultural capital or known as the โ€˜Pearl of the Gulfโ€. You will pass by the King Faisal Mosque, one of the largest mosque in the Emirates. Then we pass by the renovated Fort of Sharjah, former residence of the ruling family. Then continue to the Sharjah Heritage Museum which conserves and displays the rich traditional customs and culture of Sharjah as a source of pride and inspiration to Emiratis and to visitors to the UAE. Begin a journey of discovery through Sharjah's rich and diverse heritage and explore traditions that have endured the test of time. You will see handcrafted works of art and objects that date back to a time when local people relied solely on fishing and pearling. Trace the development of education, currency and the early postal system. Discover the traditional skills and crafts relating to jewelry, costumes, herbal medicines, music and folklore. After the visit, its now time to explore the colorful Souk Al Arsa,set up in a traditional way. You will also have an opportunity to see how the traditional Omani Halwa (sweet) is made in one of the shop in Souk Al Arsa. Before returning to your hotel, you have time for a quick stroll at the Blue Souk โ€“ a treasure trove of carpets, Jewelry and handicrafts. Lunch will be served in a local restaurant. After the tour, return to Dubai, & you have time for shopping before heading towards Dubai airport or do more tours depending on your flight time.
