Depending on your arrival time in Lima, a Waman Adventures representative will be waiting for you at Jorge Chavez International Airport with a sign displaying your name. You will then be transferred to your respective hotel.

Day 2 Ballestas Island- Paracas - Ica

We begin our adventure by picking you up from your accommodation very early, between 04:00 to 04:30 a.m., depending on our designated pick-up points.

At 08:00 a.m., we will arrive at the Port of Paracas, where you will have 30 to 40 minutes to enjoy breakfast and use the restroom facilities (breakfast is included in the price).

Afterward, we will line up to board our modern boats. Due to logistical procedures at the port, there may be a wait of 10 to 20 minutes before boarding. We recommend bringing sunscreen, a sun hat, and a waterproof jacket.

The Ballestas Islands are a group of islands off the coast of Peru, renowned for their impressive marine life and birdlife.

Continuing our journey, we will arrive in Ica at approximately 1:00 p.m. and visit the Lazo Winery, where you will have time to enjoy lunch.

Bodega Nietto is a renowned pisco winery in the Ica region, Peru. Famous for its pisco production, the winery offers visitors the chance to taste its products and learn about the pisco-making process.

At 3:30 p.m., we will arrive at the Huacachina Oasis, where you will have free time in the afternoon to explore and enjoy this beautiful oasis.

Overflight Nazca Lines And Buggies And Sandboard In Ica

On this day, we will pick you up from your hotel in Huacachina between 7:00 and 7:30 a.m. Please have breakfast before 7:00 a.m. and be ready for pick-up.

Once on board, we will travel to Nazca in our tourist transport, with the journey lasting approximately 2 hours. We will arrive at the María Reich Aerodrome between 10:00 and 10:30 a.m., where we will schedule your overflight depending on our arrival time.

The overflight of the Nazca Lines lasts approximately 30 minutes. It is mandatory to carry your passport with you for registration at the boarding passenger verification area. We will provide you with a map of the points you will see during the flight, and our Pilot Guides will share information about these mysterious geoglyphs in the Nazca Desert.

After the flight, we will take you to lunch (at your own expense) and then continue our trip back to Huacachina.

We will arrive in Huacachina between 2:00 and 2:35 p.m. Our guide will take you to Huacachina Sunset Restaurant, where you can enjoy a meal and relax. This will also be our meeting point for our adventure through the dunes of Huacachina.

At 4:00 p.m., we will meet at Huacachina Sunset Restaurant. The highlight of the day will be visiting the Huacachina Oasis, located just 5 km from Ica city center. At this beautiful lagoon, you can enjoy the tranquility, take photos, and partake in adventure sports such as Buggies and Sandboarding (duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes).

We will depart from Ica at 6:30 p.m. and arrive in Lima at 11:00 p.m.

Day 4 Flight To Cusco

We’ll be ready to transfer you to the airport according to your flight schedule. A Waman Adventures representative will be waiting for you at Cusco Airport with a sign displaying your name. You will then be transferred to your hotel.

After a 15-20 minute trip to the city center, you will check into your hotel. You will have the rest of the day to rest, acclimate to the altitude, and enjoy delicious coca tea.

Day 5 Embark On A Tour To Chinchero, Maras & Moray

Embark On A Tour To Chinchero, Maras & Moray

This day begins our adventure through the incredible landscapes of Cusco. We will start with your pick-up from the hotel between 07:30 and 08:00 a.m. We will then travel to the colorful town of Chinchero, where we will explore Inca wall constructions and its small colonial church, rich in history. We will also participate in the creation of Andean fabrics at a textile interpretation center, where the local people of Chinchero will demonstrate their ancestral art.

After this fascinating experience, we will continue our journey to the famous circular cultivation terraces at Moray. Here, our Inca ancestors experimented with different crops to determine the best types for each altitudinal level.

Next, we will descend to the salt mines at Maras, a picturesque site with spectacular landscapes. We will visit over 3,000 salt wells, which the Incas used for their consumption.

Finally, we will head to the Ollantaytambo station to take the train to Aguas Calientes, the town closest to Machu Picchu. In Aguas Calientes, you will have time to rest and regain your strength for the spectacular day ahead.

Day 6 Visit To Machu Picchu Inca Citadel

Pick-up time: 06:00-06:30 a.m.

This day promises to be one of the highlights of your trip as we visit one of the 7 Wonders of the World: Machu Picchu. We will take the bus from Aguas Calientes to Machu Picchu, where we will register with our entrance tickets and passports.

Our tour guide will provide detailed information and guide you through the most notable sites of the Inca citadel during a 2-hour tour. You will experience the Historical Sanctuary in all its splendor and capture spectacular moments with your camera. If you have purchased additional tickets for Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain, you can visit these after the guided tour of the citadel.

After this incredible experience, we will return to Aguas Calientes for a delicious lunch (not included).

In the afternoon, we will take the train back to Ollantaytambo. Upon arrival, a representative of the agency will be waiting for you to transfer you to your hotel.

In the morning, our guide will pick you up to visit the Pisaq Archaeological Park. Here, you’ll experience the impressive engineering of the Incas, with mountain slopes adorned with terraces and buildings on steep inclines and high peaks. As we ascend to the top of the mountain, you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views of the Sacred Valley.

We will then return to the city of Pisac to explore the local craft market, where artisans offer a wide variety of products, from fabrics and musical instruments to unique souvenirs.

After visiting the market, we will board our transportation back to Cusco. Along the way, we will stop at Pisac and Awanacancha, a weaving center where you can learn about Andean camelid species, such as alpacas, llamas, vicuñas, and guanacos. This stop will also provide insight into the art of weaving, showcasing the craftsmanship of Andean women.
