SACHSENHAUSEN CONCENTRATION CAMP (4hrs)(45 EUR) In this visit we will know a piece of our contemporary history. It is a concentration camp and not an extermination camp. When it was created in 1936, it became the "university" for SS members who then had to control other fields. In it we will see an example of what the barracks were where the prisoners lived poorly, isolated cells of punishment, the dispensary of death, the use he had during the entire Nazi period and in successive times. - Round-trip bus service from central Berlin. - Visit and explanations with local guide.. 15 number of people required. It is also famous for its palace of Sanssouci where we will take a walk through the wonderful gardens of the "German Versailles", a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, we will also visit externally the Cecilienhof Palace where the treaties of Potsdam were signed. We will cruise on Lake Wannsee where on January 20, 1942, the Nazi government approved the "final solution" of the Jewish question, crossing the wonderful residential area of Berlin with its old mansions owned by former high officials of the regime, located at along several lakes that lead us to the famous "Bridge of the Spies". We will have the chance to visit the rooms where the plenary sessions are held, including the room where they hold the banquet and the ballroom dance after the Nobel prize ceremony.       Immerse yourself in the local culture with a guided panoramic tour of Berlin, the captivating capital of Germany. Weโ€™ll see the historic center, Museum Island, the Reichstag, the Brandenburg Gate, the shopping streets and the cityโ€™s beautiful parks. Our visit will also include stops at the Holocaust Memorial and the Berlin Wall Memorial Museum. For an optional excursion, you can visit Potsdam and its stunning palaces.

Next, weโ€™ll continue to Nuremberg, the second-largest city in Bavaria, renowned for its rich history. We suggest visiting the site where Hitlerโ€™s Coliseum once stood.

      Todayโ€™s journey will be full of surprises. From Kelheim, weโ€™ll board a boat for a short cruise along the Danube valley, passing through the Danube Gorge. Our first stop will be Kloster Weltenburg, a beautiful Benedictine monastery founded in 1040. Next, weโ€™ll visit Dachau, where weโ€™ll tour the Nazi concentration camp museum. After having lunch, weโ€™ll continue to Munich, where weโ€™ll visit the impressive BMW Welt, a modern multifunctional exhibition facility of the prestigious German vehicle brand BMW Group. Weโ€™ll also see the park that houses the Olympiastadion, an architectural marvel where the 1972 Olympic Games were held. After this, youโ€™ll have free time in the historic center. You can stroll through Marienplatz, the heart of Munich, visit the picturesque Viktualienmarkt open-air market, relax in the Englischer Garten, or enjoy the traditional beer houses.Note: In winter or when Danubeโ€™s water level is too low, the cruise will not operate. In this case, the journey will be made by road.

From here, you can either return on foot or by horse carriage (not included). Continuing along our Romantic Road, weโ€™ll head to Rothenburg, a picturesque walled city where weโ€™ll visit the beautiful Christmas Museum (admission included). Weโ€™ll then head to Frankfurt, Germanyโ€™s financial capital.

      Today, weโ€™ll explore the Rhine and Moselle Valleys, two rivers full of history and dotted with charming villages. Weยดll begin with a short cruise on the Rhine, between the villages of Rรผdesheim and Sankt Goar, undoubtedly the most picturesque section of the river. Next, weโ€™ll head to the Moselle River, stopping for lunch in Cochem, a picturesque village on the Rhine riverbank overlooked by its imposing castle, which dates back over a thousand years. Afterward, weโ€™ll travel to Cologne, where youยดll have time to visit its impressive Gothic cathedral. Standing at 154 meters tall, it was the tallest building in the world until the late 19th century. You can also enjoy a walk along the Rhine River and through the lively city center before we continue to our hotel in Dortmund.Note: During fairs or congresses, accommodation may be in a nearby city.

      Today, weโ€™ll embark on a magical journey, reminiscing about our favorite childhood stories and movies as we travel through the towns that inspired the Brothers Grimm, now known as the Fairy Tale Route. Our first stop will be Trendelburg, a picturesque walled village where weโ€™ll visit the large medieval castle and the famous Rapunzel Tower (admission included).Weโ€™ll continue along scenic roads, crossing forests that will remind us of the tale of Hansel and Gretel. Our next stop will be Hรถxter, a vibrant town where weโ€™ll enjoy lunch and visit Corvey Abbey, an ancient 9th-century monastery and World Heritage Site (admission included). Weโ€™ll then make a brief stop in Polle to photograph the exterior ruins of Cinderellaโ€™s Castle. Our journey will continue to Hamelin, renowned for the tale of โ€œThe Pied Piper of Hamelinโ€. After following the mouse tracks, weโ€™ll proceed to Hanover, where weโ€™ll have time to explore the city center and take a stroll next to the old town hall.Note: During fairs or conferences, accommodation may be arranged in a nearby city.

Weโ€™ll then arrive in Stavanger, a picturesque town with a bustling port by the fjord.Note: The ferry schedule may vary depending on the month, but you will normally have time for lunch on the boat.

One of these undersea tunnels is the deepest in the world. The two boat trips will make this part of the journey both relaxing and spectacular. Weโ€™ll arrive in Bergen at lunchtime and take a cable car up Mount Flรธyen for amazing views of the town and the Bergen fjord. Afterwards, youโ€™ll have leisure time to explore the capital city of fjords.

Along the way, weโ€™ll stop at the stunning Tvindefossen Waterfall. Then, weโ€™ll embark on a magnificent cruise between Gudvangen and Aurland, enjoying the stunning scenery during this hour-and-a-half voyage. Continuing our adventure, weโ€™ll traverse magnificent snow-covered landscapes and pass through the Aurland Tunnel, the longest in the world. Weโ€™ll visit the exterior of Borgundโ€™s 12th-century wooden church, known as Norwayโ€™s best-preserved medieval church. Finally, weโ€™ll arrive in Oslo with free time to explore the port, main streets, and the artwork in Frogner Park.

Our next stop is ร–rebro, a historic town by a beautiful lake, with a castle and a charming old town. Enjoy some time for a stroll before we continue to Stockholm, arriving in the evening.

Weโ€™ll visit Gamla Stan, also known as the โ€œthe city between bridgesโ€, the lively old quarter filled with monumental buildings such as the Nobel Prize Museum, located right beside the main square of Stortorget which honors Nobel Prize winners, the Cathedral, and the Royal Palace. Whenever possible, weโ€™ll enjoy the stunning views from the Fjรคllgatan viewpoint. Afterwards, youโ€™ll have leisure time to explore. We recommend visiting the museums and parks. Optionally, you can visit the City Hall and the Vasa Museum.

      Leaving Stockholm, weโ€™ll head south. After spending some time in the vibrant coastal town of Helsingborg, weโ€™ll take a ferry from Sweden to Helsingor in Denmark in the early afternoon. Youโ€™ll get to enjoy some time in Helsingor, Hamletโ€™s hometown, where the impressive Kronborg Castle stands out, before we continue our journey to Copenhagen, arriving in the evening.Note: During holidays or conferences, we may stay in Malmรถ, a Swedish city located 25 km from Copenhagen and connected by a stunning suspension bridge.

      In the morning, weโ€™ll enjoy a panoramic city tour with a local guide of the Danish capital, known for its exceptional quality of life, commitment to sustainability and rich cultural life. Weโ€™ll see The Little Mermaid, Nyhavn harbor with its colorful historic buildings, the exterior of Amalienborg Palace, home to the Danish royal family, the Town Hall Square, and the Tivoli Park area. After that weโ€™ll leave for the south of Denmark. In Gedser weโ€™ll take a two-hour ferry to cross to Germany. Weโ€™ll arrive in Warnemรผnde and continue towards Berlin, arriving at the end of the day.Note: If only a few passengers are traveling between Copenhagen and Berlin, this route may be completed using a regular passenger line without altering the content of this stageโ€™s itinerary.
