      Meet the group and settle inPack your bags and stay ready to leave for a scenic drive to Rishikesh from Delhi in the morning, which can take between 5-6 hours. Rishikesh is one of the most popular yoga cities in the world - it's said the exquisite setting on the fast-flowing Ganges River, surrounded by forested hills, is conducive to meditation and mind expansion. Upon your arrival, complete the check in formalities at the ashram. You can then enjoy a relaxing evening there.We'll pick you up and transfer you across to the ashram where you'll get settled in, meet the rest of the group and enjoy dinner.

      Begin your Ashram Activities (B/L/D)Participants in all the programmes follow the daily Ashram schedule which begins at 5:00 AM and runs until 9:30 PM.
