Accommodation in 3 Star Hotels. Check-in Time : Throughout the trip, we request all our hotels prepare rooms in time as per your arrival time, especially if you are reaching the hotel prior to normal check-in time. (In India, normal check-in is at 12:00 hrs, check-out is at 10:00 hrs). This may not be always possible to manage early check-in for you; in that case you wonโ€™t be able to check-in immediately on arrival at some hotels. For example, 300 rupees can be left in restaurants (depending on the bill amount), between 300 and 500 rupees per day per person for a good driver.

Insurance

Flights

Domestic flight fare is not included in the package cost. The International flight tickets have to be booked on your own, once you book your international flight tickets, please share with us your schedule so that we can arrange your smooth pick-up and drop off from airport to hotel on your arrival day and hotel to the airport on the departure day. Passports and Visas : All travelers listed on the Participant Information form must be in possession of a valid passport and all relevant visas. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documentation, including but not limited to passports and visas, which meet the requirements of immigration and other Government authorities at every destination. If your itinerary includes travel to any other country besides India, please check on visa requirements for each country that you will visit. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility.

      Upon arrival at Delhi International Airport, our representative will meet you and transfer you to the hotel. Delhi: It is a city that has been an idyllic symbol of the magnificent past and thriving present of India.       Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing

      After breakfast, proceed with Delhi sightseeing tour with first visit to the Jama Masjid - the largest Mosque in India. Visit Chandni Chowk โ€“ oldest, biggest bazaar of Old Delhi. Later, walk up to Fatehpuri Masjid and enjoy a rickshaw ride till Red Fort. Here our driver will meet you, drive past Red Fort (a 17th century historical fort in Delhi) and reach Rajghat, a memorial where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated. An eternal flame burns on one side of this memorial. Visit the Humayunโ€™s Tomb - first garden-style tomb of India. The main highlight of this tomb, inspired by Persian architecture, is the four garden squares with water passage channels surrounding the tomb. Drive past Rashtrapati Bhawan - residence of the President of India and India Gate - an archway built in honor of the soldiers who died in World War I. Visit Qutub Minar built by Qutab-ud-din Aibak in 1193 to mark the beginning of Muslim rule in India. Overnight stay at hotel in Delhi.

      fter breakfast, you will head to Agra. Agra: It a beautiful city situated on the banks of River Yamuna that achieved prominence as the capital of the Mughal Emperors from 1526 to 1628. It still remains a popular tourist destination because of its many splendid Mughal-era monuments, most notably the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort & Fatehpur Sikri, all three are UNESCO World Heritage sites. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. After some relaxation, visit the Agra Fort that resembles the magnificent Red Fort in Delhi. The Diwan-i-Aam (Hall of Public Audience), Diwan-i-Khas (Hall of Private Audience) and the Sheesh Mahal (Palace of Mirrors) are a must-see attractions here. 


      Later in the evening, enjoy beautiful view of the Taj Mahal - the most extravagant symbol of love, dedication and purity ever that took almost 22 years to build. It is an ivory-white marble monument where rests the mortals of Mughal Emperor Shahjahan (who built Taj Mahal) and his wife (Mumtaz). An interesting fact about this stunning edifice is that it turns pinkish in the morning, milky white in the evening and golden at night as the moonlight falls upon it.       Post breakfast and check out, drive to the beautiful city of Jaipur, also known as the Pink City of India. En route visit Fatehpur Sikri, the abandoned city of the Mughal Empire. The city boasts some of the magnificent monuments built during the Mughal Era, which include the Panch Mahal, Buland Darwaza and Dargah of Sheikh Salim Chishti. You have time to explore the corners of Fatehpur Sikri before continuing your way. Continue drive to Jaipur. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel. Jaipur: Jaipur is a city known as the Pink City of India due to extensive use of pink sandstone in various buildings of the city. Its monuments showcase a myriad of architectural styles and its vibrant bazaars are famous for traditional handicrafts and jewellery.       After breakfast, head for Jaipur sightseeing. Visit the Amer Fort dating back to 16th century that displays private halls, pavilions, former private chambers of the King and royal Rajput women. The reflection of this fort falling on the Maota Lake, is truly captivating. Enjoy an Elephant ride here. Explore the City Palace consisting of former private and public chambers, silver vessels, courtyards, gateways, private chambers of the King and lots more. Later, head to Jantar Mantar. It is an astronomical observatory that features the Worldโ€™s largest Sundial - Samrat Yantra. Visit the Hawa Mahal - a five-storey palace built in 1799 during Rajput rule. It is popularly known for its intricately-designed 953 windows adorned with spectacular latticework. Later, afternoon is kept free to visit the famous Markets of Textiles, Gems, Carpets, and handicrafts. Jaipur is an ideal place for buying souvenirs.

      After breakfast at the hotel we will proceed for sightseeing. Starting with a visit of Swayambhunath Stupa (A UNESCO World Heritage Site) located on a small hillock. The stupa has been a hallmark of faith and harmony since centuries. It is believed to have been formed around 2,000 years ago. This sacred site of Tibetan Buddhists and Hindus is richly decorated with gold-ornate temples and vibrant prayer flags. Head to the Kathmandu Durbar Square (A UNESCO World Heritage Site) after this located opposite the royal King palace of Kathmandu. The construction of various royal palaces at this site dates back to as old as 3rd century. The precinct houses array of temples and other structures inspired from the Newari (derived from Newar - the historical inhabitants of the Kathmandu Valley) architectural style. A massive earthquake in 2015 hit this area, which is still clearly evident in these structures. Next, visit the Pashupatinath Temple (A UNESCO World Heritage Site) a sacred Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva (God of Destruction) decorated with intricate wood carvings and architecture of the walls. It is the oldest Hindu Temple of Kathmandu and attracts thousands of pilgrims each year. Later, visit the Boudhanath Stupa (A UNESCO World Heritage Site) - the largest as well as holiest Buddhist temple in Nepal. Dating to the 14th century, it is an important pilgrimage and meditation spot for Tibetan Buddhism. At the top of the Stupa is a pair of omnipresent Buddha eyes on all four sides, same as that of Swayambunath Stupa.  Overnight in Kathmandu.

      This morning after breakfast, set off for a half-day sightseeing tour of Bhadgaon, also known as Bhaktapur. Located just 14kms from Kathmandu, Bhaktapur is one of the three royal cities in Nepal, and is believed to have been founded in the 9th century. The old city boasts of extraordinary ancient architecture comprising of pagoda style architecture with copper roofs on wooden and mud-brick buildings can be seen here. The city is an authentic representation of the Nepali culture and heritage, centuries before the modern era had taken over. You can observe here the talented local artisans crafting beautiful potteries. Later, we will drive to Patan city. Patan, also called Lalitpur (which means city of beauty), is one of the three main cities in the Kathmandu Valley. It is an important historical and cultural center of Nepal. The city is believed to be the first settlement in the valley. You will be exploring the Patan Durbar Square (listed under the UNESCO World Heritage site), which welcomes its visitors to an amazing collection of stunningly carved temples, palace courtyards, public baths, and houses featuring elaborate wood work, stone and metal carvings, under the patronages of different dynasties of the valley will leave a lasting impression. There are more than 1000 temples and monuments that make up the finest collection of temples and palaces in Nepal. Evening return to the hotel and relax. Overnight in Kathmandu.
