Yes as some small places and Temples/Monuments when there are No specific Licensed Guides available then only we recommend Local English speaking guides for that particular city or Monuments only.

Transport

All transfers and sightseeing by an air-conditioned vehicle with an English-speaking driver. Drivers of our vehicles are experienced with good knowledge of the road conditions and well trained. The type of vehicles provided are as follows : Passenger Vehicle type • 1-2 person Air-conditioned medium cars such as Sedan Car or similar • 3-4 persons Air-conditioned large car such as Toyota Innova or similar • 5-10 persons Air-conditioned mini-van such as Tempo Traveler or similar

Accommodation

3 Star Deluxe Hotel having excellent reviews by the clients. Check-in and Check-out Time : General Hotel check in time is at 14:00 HRS and checkout is at 12:00 HRS in India. If any early check in is required then we only put a request to the Hotel while booking and rest its on Hotel Management to decide further to accept or reject. So, this may not be always possible to manage early check-in for you; in that case you won't be able to check-in immediately on arrival at some hotels. Instead, you can store your luggage and explore the new destination. • Pre/Post Accommodation : In some cases its seen that client needs to Prepone/postpone the Hotel nights during the trip and for that we try our best to arrange a room but in such cases if we fall under Hotel Cancellation policy and Hotels doesn’t allow that then the client has to bear the cost for the changes on Direct Hotel Payment basis. But still we will try our best to provide you same room for entire stay at whatever extend we can. Internet : India has internet coverage at every city and villages nowadays. But still depending on the areas in which you travel, you may have limited access to the Internet. Hoteliers often charge for the connection (hourly or daily). • The style of accommodation indicated is a guideline. On rare occasions, if the suggested hotels are not available due to high demand, we will book similar alternate hotels for you

Insurance

Travel insurance is not covered in the tour price. You can organize travel insurance with your preferred insurance company.

Others

• Any airfare (International or Domestic) • Monument entry fees • Any mandatory Gala Dinner on Christmas and New Year Eve • Any item of personal nature viz. Laundry • Charges, telephone bills, drinks, shopping, etc • Any items that is not mentioned under Inclusions • Tips : Tipping is a common custom and we always suggest our travelers to comply. No tip is compulsory, however in case of good services rendered, it is advisable to pay by a few rupees (driver / guide).

Flights

The domestic flight tickets are not included in the package cost. Once you tell us the dates of your travel, we will advise you the exact flight fare. International flight tickets have to be booked on your own, once you book your flight tickets, please share with us your schedule so that we can arrange your smooth pick-up and drop-off from the airport to the hotel on your arrival day and hotel to the airport on the departure day. Passports and Visas : For India, it's recommended to opt for Multiple Entry VISA with Proper vaccination (If mandatory) as per the Guidelines by the Embassy. If your itinerary includes travel to any other country besides India, please check on visa requirements for each country that you will visit. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility.

(On 24th December and 31st December) •This tour can be upgraded to 4 & 5-star category of hotels considering as Private tour. •If you want a private tour, then we can customize your itinerary as per your requirements. •During the time of booking, we will require your international flight details so that we can provide you smooth airport transfers. •In case you want a private tour, our departure dates will be flexible. You can choose any travel dates as per your preferences.
