Supera Tours Inc. reserves the right to substitute hotels, alter the itinerary, withdraw any tour, and make any desirable alteration for the convenience of the operation of tours without prior notification. Supera Tours Inc. reserves the right to cancel the tour prior to departure for any reason. Liability for such cancellation is limited to a full refund of the money received by Supera Tours Inc., and this will constitute full settlement with the tour member. High-quality headsets to hear our tour guide's presentation clearly. Porterage service is provided at most hotels (where available). Bottled water is provided throughout the entire trip.

LUXURY ACCOMMODATIONS Imperial Hotel Tokyo: Iconic, luxurious, and walking distance to the famous Ginza district and Imperial Palace. It is a more relaxed pace to take in the sights, cuisine, & culture of this world-class city. Lake Biwa - Yumotokan Hotel: Ryokan style hotel. Soak in an outdoor onsen and dine on a Kyoto-style Kaiseki banquet dinner. 2 Nights in Kyoto - Kyoto Hotel Okura: Walking distance to Gion district and shopping streets. Imperial Hotel Osaka:Exquisite luxury located in the heart of Osaka. * Please note hotels in Kansai are in high demand. For some busier seasons, we may use alternate hotels and we will let you know in advance.

Flights

International flights are not included. Competitive airfares available for our guests from the US or Canada. Please inquire separately at time of booking. If you are flying from outside the US or Canada, please book airline tickets separately.

Optional

Other activities and services are not included If you are planning to arrive early before the tour or depart after the tour ended, we will be happy to help you book the hotel extension at the hotel we used on tour. Please inquire at the time of booking for the rate per room per night.

Other activities and servicecs are not included Airport pickup and sendoff for pre/post tour. Gratuities to your Tour Director, driver, and ships' crew. Suggested at $90.00 per person at the end of the tour. Laundry, in-room telephone international roaming; mini bar; alcohol, beverages at hotel, ship, or restaurant. Porterage at airports; excess baggage fees; and all other items of a personal nature not outlined in the tour itinerary. Amendments after Departure The cost of any changes or additions will be at the local rate at the time of the amendment, not per the Supera Tours Inc. website or brochure, and must be borne by the passenger. Changes are subject to a $50 processing fee plus any associated costs charged by suppliers such as airlines, rail companies, or hotels. Unutilized Service Any unutilized tour features either on air transportation or for land arrangements are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
