      When you arrive at Kathmandu Airport, our representative will greet you and extend a warm welcome. You will then be escorted to your booked hotel, where you can check in and relax after your journey. Feel free to take a break and recover from any jet lag you may be experiencing.


      After youโ€™ve settled in, you can either relax at the hotel or explore Thamelโ€™s vibrant streets on your own. You have the option of enjoying some well-deserved relaxation or immersing yourself in Kathmanduโ€™s bustling atmosphere.

      Preparation Day In Kathmandu

      Today is your free day in Kathmandu. After having breakfast at the hotel, you have multiple options for how to spend the day. Kathmandu is a diverse and cultural city and has plenty to offer. You can visit one of the three most important religious sites: Swyamambhunath (also known as the Monkey Temple), Pashupatinath (one of the most significant pilgrimage sites for the Hindu religion), and Boudhanath Stupa (one of the stupas reflecting Buddhism in the world). Furthermore, you can wander around the streets of Old Town or search for souvenirs or tokens of love for your friends, relatives, or family. In the evening, we will bring you to our office and introduce you to the trekking guide. If you need any equipment to buy or rent for the trek, your guide can assist you.

  • Day 3 Kathmandu To Bhulbule (820M) (6-7-Hour Drive)

      We will drive from Kathmandu to Bhubhule in the west for approximately 6 to 7 hours. During the drive, we will be accompanied by the peaceful surroundings of the countryside, with scenic views of rivers, fields, hills, and forests along the way. When you arrive in Bhulbhule, check into the lodge and rest.

      You will begin your trekking today as we leave Bhulbhule village and pass the waterfall along the riverbank before climbing up to Bahundanda for the night. If you have some free time, you can explore the village.

      After breakfast, we continue on the trail to Syange Village, passing through fields and local settlements for about two hours. After a short descent, weโ€™ll cross a long bridge over the Marsyangdi River to reach Syange. The trail from Syange takes you steadily up from the river to a vertical climb to Jagat. We then move along a rocky path and pass through a tall, picturesque waterfall, which finally brings us to Chyamje.

      Have your breakfast and prepare to travel to your next destination, Dharapani. The trail follows the bank of the Marshyangdi River before ascending to Tal, where you will enter the Manang district. The trail then continues through fields of barley, rice, and potatoes, as well as pine forests. After some time, you will arrive at Kodo Village, which leads to Dharapani. Dharapani is one of the largest villages in the Manang Valley. After arriving in Dharapani, check into the lodge and rest. Later on, you can explore your surroundings.

  • Day 7 Dharapani To Koto (2600M) (6-7 Hours)

      We continue our walk along the river bank for a while after crossing a mule track through a fir, higher oak, and maple forest. Along the way, youโ€™ll get spectacular views of Mount Manaslu and Peak 29. The trail leads you through a pine forest until you reach Latamarang. Rest for a while before continuing our hike through the forest until we reach Koto.

      After breakfast, we will pass through a checkpoint, and once the formalities are completed, we will continue our trek along the Soti Khola river bank. Weโ€™ll pass through pine forests, rivers, and suspension bridges on our way to Dharmasala. After walking through the woods, we steadily ascend to Meta village. We have reached the base of the Tibetan Plateau and have a spectacular view of Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal.

  • Day 9 Meta To Phu Village (4250M) (7-8 Hours)

      After breakfast, we continue our trail along the river bank and come across some mani shortens. We then climb from the riverbed until we reach the entrance of Phu Valley. From here, we trek for about two hours to one of the hidden villages, Phu Village.

  • Day 10 Acclimatization At Phu Valley

      Acclimatization At Phu Valley

      Today is your acclimatization day in Phu Village. It is better to acclimate to the environment rather than rest at a high altitude. Since youโ€™re in the Annapurna regionโ€™s hidden valley, explore the surroundings to learn about Lama, Ghale, and Gurung culture and lifestyle. You can also visit one of the oldest Buddhist monasteries and take in the breathtaking views of the Himlung Himal and other snow-capped mountains in Phu Valley.

  • Day 11 Phu Village To Nar Village (4150M) (6-7 Hours)

      After breakfast, you will return to Phu Gate Khyang and make your way to Narrow Village. Along the way, youโ€™ll see some stunning canyons and waterfalls, as well as a view of the towering Pisang Peak. After a gradual walk, we arrive at Nar Village via the narrow gate at the top of the hill.

      Youโ€™ll be able to immerse yourself in the daily rhythms of village life, interact with friendly locals, and learn about their long-standing customs and traditions. You can also go on a short hike to explore the surrounding areas, taking in the breathtaking scenery and capturing unforgettable moments against the backdrop of towering Himalayan peaks.

      We have a challenging and long day ahead of us today. NULLtheless, it is well worth the journey through the Kang La Pass. After a quick climb, we reach the top of the pass and are treated to a breathtaking view of Pisang Peak, Annapurna II, Gangapurna, and Tilicho Peak. We then cross the Kang La Pass and descend for an hour to a lush lane that leads to Ngawal.

      Following breakfast, we continued on our trail, which had grasslands on both sides. Along the trail, one can see Braga Village, which has a magnificent monastery with shortenings and mani walls. The massive peaks of Annapurna II (7937m), Annapurna III (7555m), Annapurna IV (7525m), Gangapurna (7455m), and Tilicho Peak (7134m) stand before us. After a brief ascent, we arrive in Manang to spend the night.

      After breakfast, we continue on towards Thorang La. We follow a trail that leads through alpine pastures and scrubby juniper forests before ascending to Tenki and leaving the Arshyangdi River. From Tenki, continue walking upwards to Letdar. On the way, you will see herds of blue sheep grazing on the steep slopes. After arriving in Letdar, check into the lodge and relax for a while before exploring the surrounding area.

      Leaving Letdar behind, the journey continues with a steady ascent to the ridgeโ€™s edge, which provides breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes. As we descend towards the Marsyangdi River, we cross a charming wooden bridge, which adds to the trekโ€™s picturesque allure. Following a brief climb along the path skirting the riverbank, we continue on to Thorung High Camp, a serene haven where the excitement of the adventure ahead blends with the peace of the mountainous terrain.

      Thorong La Pass is waiting for us shortly after we leave Thorang High Pass. There are stunning views of Gangapurna, Annapurna, Thorong Peak, and Khatung Kang Peak. We then descend to Muktinath, which takes about 4 to 5 hours. We descend to Muktinath, where we will be greeted by prayer flags and breathtaking views of Dhaulagiri. Muktinath is also the home of many Tibetans and Buddhists. You can explore the area surrounding the Muktinath temple and enjoy the village.

      After breakfast, you will fly from Jomsom to Pokhara in approximately 30 minutes. When you arrive in Pokhara, check into your hotel and relax or explore the surrounding area. Pokhara is a beautiful city with a large lake, Hindu and Buddhist temples, caves, and breathtaking mountain views. A boat ride on Phewa Lake, with views of the Annapurna, Manaslu, and Dhaulagiri ranges, is an excellent way to experience Pokharaโ€™s beauty.

  • Day 20 Pokhara To Kathmandu (6-7 Hours)

      We leave Nepalโ€™s tourist capital and drive for approximately 6 hours to Kathmandu. Enjoy the scenery while driving back, and the Trishuli River will accompany you on the left side the entire way. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your hotel. You can rest and relax in the hotel or explore the streets of Thamel in search of souvenirs, handicrafts, or tokens of affection for your loved ones. This is the end of the Nar-Phu Valley Trek.
