      Upon arrival at JKIA airport you will met by African Adventure Specialistsโ€™ representative be and transferred to Golden Tulip hotel for check in and remainder of the day at leisure.

  • Day 2 Day 2: Nairobi - Lake Nakuru National Park

      Day 2: Nairobi - Lake Nakuru National Park

      Leaving Nairobi, you travel west through the Kenyaโ€™s fertile highlands, then suddenly to your left, the trees part to reveal a spectacular view of the Great Rift Valley, with dormant Longonot volcano taking centre stage. Your panoramic journey will then take you past Lake Naivasha, with its Crescent Island and onto Lake Nakuru. The lake is was often coloured by a shimmering flamingo pink from thousands of the beautiful birds lining its shores. Once in the park, there will be a game drive en route to the lodge. Following lunch and a siesta, there is an afternoon game drive returning to the lodge as the sun sets.

  • Day 3 Day 3: Lake Nakuru - Maasai Mara National Reserve

      After an early morning breakfast leave the flamingo fringed Lake Nakuru behind and heading due south, travel towards Narok, the gateway to the Maasai Mara and district headquarters of this part of Maasailand. Youโ€™ll travel across the "breadbasket" of Kenya, covered with acres of wheat and barley, before you reach the Mara in time for lunch. Following lunch and a siesta, there is an afternoon game drive returning to the lodge as the sun sets

  • Day 4 Day 4: Explore The Maasai Mara National Reserve

      Day 4: Explore The Maasai Mara National Reserve

      Optional Early Morning balloon safari ride (US$450.00 per person) across the Masai Mara plain. Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives. Maasai Mara is an extension of the Serengeti ecosystem to the south. Game abounds here; The Mara is noted for its abundance of lions โ€“ particularly the superb black manned males. See the great Migration where over 1.5 million wildebeest and other antelopes crossing the mighty Mara River. Experience the battle between survival and hunger. You are also likely to see lots of elephants here often in large herds, as well as โ€“ if youโ€™re lucky leopard, cheetah and rhino. All of the Big Five are residents. Youโ€™re sure to see the African buffalo. Get the cameras ready, and enjoy yourselves! In the evening visit Maasai village at an extra cost payable direct.

      After breakfast youโ€™ll depart the Maasai Mara with game drive en route to Nairobi arriving early afternoon. You will be dropped off at the airport for your onward flight back home.
