      Travel to the Samburu Game Reserve.(L/D)
      In the morning, travel by road to Kenyaโ€™s northern frontier. Wild and rugged, Samburu is fiercely beautiful with its arid savannahs watered by the lovely Uaso Nyiro River. It is also one of Kenyaโ€™s most protected areas and home to species only found north of the Equator; from the reticulated giraffe to Grevyโ€™s zebras and Beisa oryxes.

  • Day 2 Day 2: Samburu Game Reserve, Kenya

      Day 2: Samburu Game Reserve, Kenya

      Game drives through the arid savannah and along the Uaso Nyiro River. (B/L/D)


      Dawn breaks in golden bands as you start your day in the bush scanning the river from your tentโ€™s veranda with a cup of steaming coffee in hand. Then set off in pursuit of the elephants, lions, leopards, and cheetahs that thrive in the reserveโ€™s grasslands and acacia woodlands. The rest of the day is spent exploring the bush and/or relaxing in your cozy camp or lodge.

  • Day 3 Day 3: Samburu, Lake Nakuru National Park, Kenya

      Day 3: Samburu, Lake Nakuru National Park, Kenya

      Game drive and bird watching in Lake Nakuru National Park and stop at Nyahururu Thomson Falls. (B/L/D)


      After breakfast, drive down to the floor of the Great Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru National Park, making a brief stop at Nyahururu Thomson Falls. Arrive at your lodge/camp in time for lunch. The afternoon is spent on another exciting game drive in the Park. Besides the flamingos that the lake is famous for, there are approximate 400 other species of birds visiting the lake. In addition, there is plentiful wildlife to be found in the Park, including the introduced Rothschildโ€™s giraffe, Black and white Rhino, Waterbuck, Reedbuck, Lion, Buffalo, Leopard, Baboon and many species of plains game.

      Transfer back to Nairobi (B/L)
