At 8 o’clock you will be picked up from your Hotel or residency within Nairobi CBD and commence the drive to Maasai Mara via the Great Rift Valley view point where you will stop over for 10-15 minutes to have a breathtaking view of the floor of the Rift Valley. You will arrive  at Maasai Mara in time for lunch. In the afternoon after you check in depart for an evening game viewing drive in the Mara Reserve. Masai Mara National Reserve is the most popular tourism destination in Kenya. Located in the Great Rift Valley in primarily open grassland. It's regarded as the jewel of Kenya’s wildlife viewing areas. Hardly can a visitor miss to spot the big five. The phenomenal wildebeest migration which is a spectacular event only seen in Maasai Mara is a wonder of the world. After breakfast, depart for an adventerous full day exploring Masai Mara in search of the Big Five. You will have picnic lunches under a croton tree shade. It is in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place: the great migration. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (in Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the savanna – lions, cheetahs, jackals, hyenas and vultures. After an evening game drive return to the lodge for the night. Optional: A balloon safari at USD 380 per person can be organized early morning on this day then proceed with the normal program. 

Enjoy a delectable breakfast then begin the morning game drive in the vast treasured Maasai Mara. The area consists of preserved savannah wilderness in southwestern Kenya, along the Tanzanian border and it's home to a large variety of animals including lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras and hippos. You will have your packed lunch at a picnic site before proceeding with the game viewing drive. The landscape has grassy plains and rolling hills and is crossed by the Mara and Talek rivers. The area nearby is dotted with villages (enkangs) of Maasai people. In the evening you will return to the lodge dine, rest and make merry.   OPTION: Visit a Maasai Village at USD 20 per person.
