  • Day 1 Day 1: Nairobi To Hells Gate National Park To Lake Naivasha

      Day 1: Nairobi To Hells Gate National Park To Lake Naivasha

       Tour starts by pick up at 7am at your Nairobi Hotel. The journey takes a drive down the Great Rift Valley stopping at the viewpoint for photography. You then continue on to get to Hell's Gate National Park to arrive at 9:30am. Once at the Park, you have the option of a game drive in a Safari vehicle or take bikes into the Park. Cycling in the Park is a great adventure as you get to ride the bikes for 7 Kilometers before resting at a ranger's post. After a brief stop at the rangers post you leave the bike and start a walking safari. Enjoy the spectacular views of the gorge. Continue on foot into the parkโ€™s distinctive gorges, where narrow passageways and caves are sunk into sedimentary rock. After a 1-hour walk, stop by a local Maasai community to learn about traditional life and customs in the Great Rift Valley, then head to Naivasha Sopa Resort for lunch .   After lunch explore Lake Naivasha wildlife on a 1-hour boat tour . Spot the hippos that linger just at the surface of the water, and see some of the diverse birdlife; African fish eagles, lesser flamingos, African spoonbill, and little grebe are all common here. At 4pm, finish the day with return transfer to your hotel . Dinner and accommodation  Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge or similar

  • Day 2 Day 2: Lake Naivasha To Maasai Mara National Reserve

      Day 2: Lake Naivasha To Maasai Mara National Reserve

      After an early breakfast your driver will take you to the open grassland of the Masai Mara (5 hours). Rich in biodiversity and home to a large variety of bird species and wildlife, the Masai Mara offers great game viewing and bird-watching opportunities. Youโ€™ll arrive in time for lunch at camp . After lunch youโ€™ll head out for a game drive in the reserve.  Dinner and accommodation Masai Mara Sopa Lodge or similar.

  • Day 3 Day 3: Maasai Mara National Reserve

      Day 3: Maasai Mara National Reserve

      Spend the full day exploring Mara in search of the Big Five. You will have picnic lunches in the Reserve as you scale the Mara beauty sited at the banks of Mara river. Optional: In the evening, Visit the Maasai village for a Maasai cultural tour at USD 20. Learn about the Masai community and interact with the local Maasai people. A overnight at the Masai village can be organized upon request. A balloon safari at USD450 per person can be organized early morning on this day then proceed with the normal program.
