Mount Kilimanjaro- Lemosho Package

The route of Lemosho is not a difficulty route as long as what differentiate this route with other routes is because it begins on the western side of Mount Kilimanjaro. The first two days are spent trekking through rain forest which gradually changes to heath and moorland before finally joining the Machame route on the third day.Diverse landscapes and breath taking panoramic view makes it as the most challenging route with its steep passages all the more worthwhile. You will spend you overnight in tents but you will not be alone as our guides will be there for you.

Start: Baranco camp (3960)

Finish: Karanga camp(4035 m)

Attitude: Above 75 m

Walking time: 3-4 hours

Day 6:

Start: Karanga camp (4035 m)

Finish: Barafu camp (4640 m)

Attitude: Above 605 m

Walking time: 3-4 hours

Day 7:

Start: Barafu camp (4640 m)

Finish: Uhuru peak  (5895 m)- Mweka camp (3080 m)

Attitude: Above 1255 m     - below 2815 m

Waliking time: 10-14 hours

Day 8:

Start: Mweka camp (3080 m)

Finish: Mweka gate (1630 m)

Attitude: Below 1450 m

Walikng time: 2-3 hours
