Guide

Professional mountain crew. Each participant will be provided with a porter (who can carry up to 15 kg of personal baggage) All guides have "Wilderness First Responder" and "Wilderness First Aid" certificates, along with over 5 years of experience in climbing. Fair wages for the mountain crew as approved by the Kilimanjaro National Park Authority (KINAPA), Kilimanjaro Association of Tour Operators (KIATO)

Meals

3 meals daily while on the mountain. The menu includes different soups, garnishes, several types of fish and meat, fresh fruit and vegetables; Vegetarian options are available upon request

Kilimanjaro National Park rescue fees Camping/hut fees Oxygen systems and pulse oximeters First aid kit Modern tents Group equipment (dining tent, table, chairs, crockery and cutlery) Portable flush toilets can be provided for free upon clients request International certificates for a successful ascent Warm and comfortable sleeping pads (2 inches thick) Meeting the group at the National Park exit and transfer to the hotel VAT(18% Charged by government)

Transport

Pick up at International Airport Transfer to the hotel (Basic tour package price includes sharing a twin room. If you need a single bed accommodation only, you should contact a manager a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the start of the tour) Transfer to the trail head Return transfer to Kilimanjaro airport.

      Arrive at the Kilimanjaro International Airport where you will meet with All Weather Adventures representative, picked up there and transfer to Hotel in Moshi town. The hotel will provide all the essentials for comfortable stay;- โ€ข Best rooms โ€ข Hot shower โ€ข Professionals staffs โ€ข Swimming pool โ€ข Free internet access โ€ข Restaurant(with delicious foods) At the evening you will meet your guide who will brief you on your upcoming trek and do an equipment check to make sure you have all the necessary mountain gear.       The first day trekking begins at Machame Gate normally one hourโ€™s drive from Moshi lies the gate to the Machame route. At the Gate you will meet your trekking crew, your guide, porters and cooker. There will be a flurry of activity as porters assemble gear for the trek, where we complete park formalities. The first section of the route climbs steadily and passes through magnificent, dense rainforest. This path is less well-trodden so it can get somewhat overgrown in places and it is often wet and muddy underfoot. Distance: 11km / 7 miles Approx .trekking time: 5-7 hours Zone: Rainforest Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Included

  • Day 3 Day 3: Machame Camp (3010Meters) To Shira Camp (3845Meters)

      On this day you will rise early, where by our route continues on up through the forest until we reach the steep ascent onto the Shira Plateau, The trek is relatively steep as you enter the low alpine zone which is characterized by moorlands and grasslands. Shira Camp 2 sits on a plateau which provides you with the first views of Kibo in the North-West and Mount Meru in the East.  Distance: 5.4km / 3.4mile Approx. trekking time: 5 hours Zone: Rainforest / Low Alpine Zone Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Included
