Insurance
For travellers who book any 2021 or later Frontiers North package tour with an initial deposit on or after June 1, 2020, comprehensive travel insurance coverage is mandatory, including, without limitation, medical, emergency evacuation, trip cancellation, and interruption insurance. It is the responsibility of the traveller to secure adequate insurance coverage for the level of protection they desire. Additional expenses or losses sustained by the traveller as a result of the traveller failing to obtain proper insurance coverage shall be the sole responsibility of the traveller; Frontiers North will not be held responsible for missed connections, incorrect check-in times, improper documentation, and/or lost, stolen, or damaged luggage. We strongly encourage travellers to purchase a trip insurance package through their provider of choice at the time of booking to maximize individual insurance benefits.
