Meals included are 2 x breakfasts, 1 x dinner. Any meals not indicated within the itinerary - plenty of opportunity will be provided to purchase food along the way or dine out with the group.

Transport

We operate this tour with a maximum of 21 passengers, our vehicles are 24-seater Mitsubishi Rosa buses. This vehicle makes for a safe & comfortable journey (air-conditioned), with large passenger windows for unobstructed views.

Accommodation

2 nights accommodation in a private room at a modern hostel with your travel partner. Anyone under the age of 18 must stay in a room with a guardian or parent (1 x night in Warrnambool, 1 x night in Halls Gap).

Hygieneprotocol

For your safety, we have implemented comprehensive hygiene measures and increased regular sanitation. Temperature checks of all staff will be conducted pre-departure, with disposable face masks and hand-sanitizer provided.

Flights

As we have travellers from all over the world, flights before and after the tour are not included in the tour price and you need to arrange these separately by yourself once your tour is guaranteed. As we specialise in organising the best tours around the world for you, we are unable to advise on flight prices or book flights on your behalf. We recommend that you do not book your flights until your place on the tour has been confirmed. Optional

Optional experiences are available on this tour for an additional cost and will be offered to you whilst on tour. ie. Helicopter Scenic Flight over the 12 Apostles - payment can be made on arrival weather permitting.

Travel insurance is highly recommended. It is highly recommended that all passengers have personal travel insurance, given we’re exploring remote parts of the Australia with limited access to health professionals in the event of sickness or injury.
