      Discover the Berber way of life and the authentic Moroccan in the High Atlas Mountains only over one hour and half drive from Marrakech. Drive across some of the most beautiful valleys to the village of Imlil dominated by Mount Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa.

      Start a soft hike, or ride a mule, to one of the highest and most picturesque Berber villages. Meet with the local Berber people who are the earliest inhabitants of Morocco and discover their way of life and culture. During this hike you will admire breath-taking mountain sceneries. Learn how local traditional mint tea is made and enjoy a traditional typical lunch in a Berber home in the heart of the High Atlas.

      Day 2: Tin Mel Mosque Dy Trip From Marrakech

      The Tin Mel Mosque is a mosque located in the High Atlas mountains of North Africa. It was built in 1156 to commemorate the founder of the Almohad dynasty, Mohamed Ibn Tumart. It is one of the two mosques in Morocco open to non-Muslims, the other being the Hassan II Mosque in Casablanca. Hiting the R203 road which leads to Taroudant through the Asni and Ouirgane way, we arrive at Tinmel, home to the Almohade Dynasty where we can still see pieces of the Medieval fortress, the royal necropolis shelters, the remains of the founder Abdel Moumen and the spiritual master Ibn Toumert. . The mosque has been recently refurbished and it is a model of the Almohade art. On the way of return, we stop to Ouirgane, considered a gastronomic place where we have lunch. Afterwadrs, we continue our journey back to Marrakech.

      Day 3: Day Trip From Marrakech To Ourika Valley

      Pick up around 9Oโ€™clock from your accommodation in Marrakech to the direction of the Atlas Mountains, after some 45minutes through olive tree groves we should get to the gate of the Ourika valley at the village of Tnine Ourika, where a Great Weekly market is set every monday where all the peoples living around come to buy their needs for the whole ( great activity). Once visit the market ( if monday) we then start the 2 hours walk through lot of berber villages and through many cultivated terraces till the village of Timalizine from where we cross the bridge and get back to the main road and get back on the car to carry on the journey up the Ourika valley till the stunning village of setti fadma which marks the end of the Tarmac road.

      Once up here we get off and have lunch in a Local restaurant before we set off for another 45minutes walk to visit some of the waterfalls. After the visit of the waterfalls, we then get back to the car and make our journey back to Marrakech to get here around 17h with a possibilitรฉ of visiting a traditionel berber home on the way back.
