Equipment lists: Daypack above 40 liters. (Must be waterproof) Down jacket (rental available) Warm sleeping bag (rental available) Sun head, gulf cap, sunglasses, headlamp, and torchlight. Ear-muffs, sun Lotions/sun cream. One pair of liner gloves is thin wool and synthetic. Cotton t-shirts, Synthetic t-shirts. Two Long sleeve polyester or synthetic lightweight for sunny days. One Soft-shell jacket with water & wind resistance. Inner clothes as your requirement. Liner socks, woolen socks. Proper trekking shoes. Imodium or Pepto Bismo capsules for upset stomach or diarrhea. Diamox for altitude sickness. The guide will help you to take it. One small personal-sized first-aid kit with blister treatments such as moleskin, bands, anti-infection ointments, and muscle relief ointments.

      The flight into Kathmandu is thrilling with endless views of green hills and never-ending rows of snowcapped mountains. Upon landing at the Tribhuvan International Airport a representative from Female Guide Kathmandu will welcome you and assist you with your accommodation. After a brief rest head out to explore Thamel a touristic hub of Kathmandu.

      After breakfast head on towards Pokhara the City of Lakes. The drive takes you following the rapids of the Trishuli and Marsyangdi Rivers. Upon reaching Pokhara proceed toward your accommodation. Later head out to explore the city, stroll by the banks of Phew Lake and visit various restaurants in the region.

      Wake up early and after breakfast head on a short drive towards Phedi. Phedi is the starting point of the trek. From Phedi traversing across well-maintained series of stairs across several settlements and terrace farmlands. Next, traverse through forested trails and reach the beautiful village of Dhampus. After a short lunch break start the trek again. Following the lush sub-tropical woodlands reach the village of Deurali set on a ridge. From the village witness grand views of Annapurna South, Mardi Himal, and Machhapuchhre filling up the horizon.

      Start the trek after an early breakfast. The trail takes you across lush rhododendrons and sub-tropical woodlands. Following the uphill trail witness the mountains on the backdrop of the lush canopy. Upon reaching Forest camp head towards your accommodation and relax with the grand views of lush forest and snowcapped mountain range. Later explore the region.

      Start the trek traversing across lush woodlands. As you gain altitude you will be rewarded with grand views of the greater Himalayan range. Annapurna, Machhapuchhre, and several other peaks glow in the morning rays of the sun. Following the uphill trails reach Low Camp. Upon reaching Low Camp relax with the splendid views of the landscape.

      Wake up with the grand views of the sun rising. After breakfast starts the trek followed by the forested trails. As you gain altitude the forest thins out and you will be following ridge sections. Along the way keep an eye out as you may witness several species of birds. Progressing on the uphill trail soak in the grand views of the Himalayas. Upon reaching the high camp relax and enjoy the splendid views around. In the evening if you are not too tired head out for star gazing.

      Today you will be reaching the last settlement of the trek. Start early following the ascending route. Traversing above the clouds witness mesmerizing views of the Himalayas. Upon reaching the high camp leave your heavy backpacks and head towards the Upper Viewpoint. Along the way witness the panoramic view of Mardi Himal at 5587 meters, Annapurna I at 8091 meters, Annapurna South at 7219 meters, Hiunchuli 6441 at meters, Baraha Shikhar /Mt. Fang at 7647 meters, Tent Peak at 5695 meters, Singhachuli at 6501 meters, Machhapuchhre at 6993 meters, and other various mountain peaks.

      After breakfast start your trek. Todayโ€™s trail is mostly on the downhill section so take it slow. The first section of the trail takes you traversing along ridges. Progressing on the downhill tracks you will be following the forested trail. The downhill track is tuff so take frequent breaks. Upon reaching Sidhing head towards your accommodation and celebrate the success of your trek.

      After breakfast start your trek. The trek takes you across woodlands and a few villages. Upon reaching Lumre head on a short drive toward Pokhara followed by a flight to Kathmandu. After reaching Kathmandu proceed toward your accommodation. If you are not too tired explore the streets of Thamel. In the evening join in for a farewell dinner program to mark the end of your successful trek.

      Final Departure

      After breakfast, a representative from Female Guide Kathmandu will drop you at the airport. Bid your farewell to Nepal and the newly made friends.
