Kathmandu: 3-star hotels such as Hotel Holy Himalaya or similar. Pokhara: Hotels like Hotel Lake Star or similar. During Trek: Best available twin-sharing lodges.

All necessary paperwork, conservation entry permits, and TIMS. Luxury Holidays Nepalโ€™s duffel bag, sleeping bag, T-shirt, and trekking map if necessary. Guided sightseeing tour in Kathmandu with private vehicles. All government taxes and official expenses.

Meals

Kathmandu and Pokhara: Breakfast included. Farewell Dinner: Typical Nepali restaurant with a cultural dance performance on the second last day in Kathmandu. During Trek: No meals included.

Guide

Government-licensed guide (English speaking) for the trek and sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley. Knowledgeable about the local area, culture, and history.

Transport

All ground transport in a private vehicle, including airport and hotel transfers. Tourist bus transportation from Kathmandu to Pokhara and return. Private vehicle transport from Pokhara to the trek starting point and ending point to Pokhara.
