We are pleased to inform you that during your trekking adventure, you will be provided with three meals a day, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with refreshing tea and coffee in the trekking area. In Kathmandu, you will start your day with a daily breakfast at your accommodation. Therefore, we provide a comprehensive first aid kit or necessary medicines to address any minor health concerns that may arise during the trek. 4. These nutritious treats are a delightful addition to your journey, providing essential vitamins and flavors. 5. Farewell Dinner: As a gesture of gratitude and camaraderie, we organize a special farewell dinner for you and your fellow trekkers. All applicable government and local taxes: We take care of all the necessary taxes, ensuring transparency and adherence to legal requirements. Hygieneprotocol
Our guests and staffโs safety and well-being are paramount to us. We are closely monitoring the evolving situation regarding the Coronavirus/COVID-19 and have implemented the following measures to ensure a safe environment during our tours: 1. Vaccinated Tour Guides: All our tour guides are fully vaccinated to protect their safety and that of our guests. 2. Protective Measures for Guides: Our tour guides will wear masks throughout the tour and use gloves when sanitizing, taking temperatures, and providing hand sanitizer. They will also frequently check their temperatures and refrain from working if sick. They can return to work after receiving a negative COVID-19 test or being fever-free for 14 days. 3. Sanitization of Vehicles: Before each tour, our tour guides will thoroughly sanitize and wipe down all surfaces inside the vehicle to ensure a clean environment for our guests. 4. Temperature Checks: Our tour guides will use non-contact thermometers to check the temperature of each guest before entering the vehicle. Guests with a fever or traveling with others with a fever (temperature above 100.4ยบF/38.0ยบC) will not be allowed to join the tour. 5. Restricted Front Seat Access: The front seat of the vehicle will be off-limits to guests to maintain distance between guests and the tour guide. 6. Non-Compliance Measures: Guests who refuse to wear masks or abide by social distancing guidelines, thereby jeopardizing the health and safety of others, will be removed from the tour without a refund. 7. Minimal Contact: Our tour guides will be the only individuals handling the opening and closing of vehicle doors during the excursion to minimize contact. 8. Mask Requirements: Guests must wear masks for the tour, except in locations where masks are not required. Guests must provide their masks, and those without masks will not be allowed to take the tour. Children under five or with medical conditions are exempted from wearing masks, while children aged five and over must wear face coverings. 9. Social Distancing: Guests are expected to maintain a 6-foot distance from the tour guide, other guests not in their party, partner staff, and other patrons. 10. Sanitization at Stops: Our tour guides will use sanitary wipes to disinfect commonly touched areas inside the vehicle at each stop. 11. Hand Sanitizer/Wipes: Our tour guides will provide hand sanitizer or wipes to each customer when they re-enter the vehicle. 12. Limited Group Size: To ensure social distancing, we limit the number of guests on our tours to 8 people. 13. Ongoing Monitoring: Our leadership team will continue to closely monitor the recommendations from reputable health organizations and implement best practices accordingly. 14. Contact Tracing: When making a reservation, we collect guestsโ contact information to facilitate contact tracing during a positive COVID-19 case. We are committed to maintaining clear and direct communication about our safety measures and will adapt our plans as needed to ensure our guestsโ safest environment. Your well-being is our priority, and we will continue providing unique tours while prioritizing your safety.

Nepal visa fee and international airfares: Our services do not include the cost of obtaining a Nepal visa and international airfares to and from Nepal. You will need to arrange and cover these expenses on your own. 2. Hotel accommodation, lunch, and dinner in Kathmandu: While breakfast is included in our services, the cost of hotel accommodation, lunch, and dinner in Kathmandu must be covered. This applies specifically to situations such as early arrival in Nepal, late departure from Nepal, or any changes to the scheduled itinerary that result in an early return from the mountains. You will be responsible for arranging and covering these expenses. 3. Meals in Kathmandu: Apart from daily breakfast, the cost of meals in Kathmandu, including lunch and dinner, is not included. You will have the flexibility to explore the cityโs culinary delights and choose your dining options. 4. Travel and rescue insurance: It is essential to have travel and rescue insurance that covers trekking activities in Nepal. This insurance is not included in our services, and you must obtain adequate coverage to protect yourself in any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. 5. Personal expenses during trekking: Personal expenses such as phone calls, laundry services, beverages (soft or hard), battery recharge, bottled or boiled water, extra porters, hot showers, and teapots are omitted. You should budget accordingly for these expenses during the trekking period. 6. Tips and gratuities: Tips and gratuities for your guide(s), porter(s), and driver(s) are omitted. While tipping is not mandatory, it is customary in Nepal as a gesture of appreciation for their services. Please provide tips based on your satisfaction and the level of service received. Please ensure that you make appropriate arrangements and budget accordingly for these aspects not covered by our services. Our team will be happy to provide any further assistance or guidance about these matters.
