Accommodation

Twin sharing tourist standard hotel accommodation in Kathmandu with breakfasts. Twin sharing / group sharing guesthouse accommodation during the trek.

Guide

An English speaking professional trekking guide licensed by Nepal Academy of Tourism and Hotel Management (NATHM), Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviatiobn, Government of Nepal.

Transport

Airports pick up and drop off by private vehicle. Bus Transportation from Kathmandu - Soti Khola and shared jeep Dharapani - Besisahar and Bus Besisahar - Kathmandu.

      After you land in Kathmandu, you will be welcomed by our airport representative at the Tribhuvan International Airport and afterward you will be transferred to the respective hotel. You will in brief know about your tour and check in to the Hotel.

      Today, we set pre-trek berifing and complete the official formalities to get the special trekking permits for Manaslu Circuit Trek.

      At around 6 am in the morning, we will begin our 6 hour drive to Arughat. We will go along the clear roads passing Dhading besi to reach Arughat. From Arughat, we will drive on a comparatively irregular road by a jeep for just over an hour for our overnight stay at Soti Khola.

      Todayโ€™s walk takes after a continually undulating trail basically through forest as we keep on heading upstream along the Budhi Gandaki. We then slide to the wide, sandy riverbed and afterward proceed with a winding hilly way.

      After crossing the Machha Khola and Khorlabesi, we will go through the hot springs at Tatopani. The trail takes us through a forested zone until we cross Dovan Khola. We then advance to Budhi Gandaki Valley. As the rise expands, the landscape experiences an entire change, with white sandy zones along the riverside.

      The trail proceeds in an amazing locale of the village, and upward to Sirdibas, presenting incredible glimpse of the Sringi Himal. We then drop down to the river, cross a long extension bridge and move up to Philim. Around the daytime, weโ€™ll stroll around the village and the surrounding region.

      Today, we will slowly ascend along a fantastic trail before descending to cross the stream. We go through some small settlements and after that move to a beautiful valley. There we will observe Mani stones (petition stones) cut into wayside rocks which is a sign that we are entering Tibetan region. Towards the evening, we take a side journey to Prok which will take a couple of hours.

      Weโ€™ll pass the stone door and the long Mani stone wall of the town of Lho, with a bewildering perspective of Peak 29 ahead. You can take a side journey to Pungen Glacier keeping in mind that we need to get to the proximity of Manaslu from here. The trial takes after a parallel moraine of Pungen Glacier towards Samagaon for overnight stay.

      Today, we will spend a day for acclimatization. We will go hiking up to the Manaslu Base camp which takes about 5-6 hours. Alternatively, we can explore around Samagaon by visiting the Birendra Tal, Monastery and the local town.

      Our course passes the juniper and birch woodlands and the stone cabin of Kermo Kharka today. Trekking further for a few hours, we eventully reach at Samdo where we remain overnight.

      Today, we descend down on a wide and delicate trail from Samdo. We go through a stone passage. We climb delicately over the colossal Larkya Glacier and get to the edge where there is a perspective to the edge of an enormous gorge. We achieve Dharmasala subsequent to trekking for a few hours.

      Today, we leave Dharmasala crossing a few moraines. We drop past four frozen lakes and reach Larkya La from where we can witness the perspectives of Himlung Himal (7126m) and others including Annapurna II, Gyaji Kung, Cheo Himal, and Kang Guru. We additionally plummet along the moraine to a grassy land called Bhimtang where we remain overnight.

      We will walk south beneath Bimthang behind the moraine divider for quite a while before crossing the Bimthang Glacier. We will move up the far moraine divider fast to stay away from stone-fall and enter a beautiful forest. Following our trail alongside the river to Karche (2700m), we take lunch in the afternoon.


      As we head onwards, we will see many indications of a glacial flood. We will climb steeply over an edge and go downwards to Gurung Gaon (2560m), the genuine village since Samdo. Afterwards, we will go towards Dharapani (1860m) and we will rest in one of the guesthouses at Dharapani.

      Today, in the morning, we drive back to Kathmandu from Dharapani. It takes about 10 hours to reach Kathmandu.
