Health professionals advocate that you stay active during the day in order to better acclimatize. Today we have a choice of a full day or a half day trek. The full day trek leads to Manaslu Base Camp (4750m), a 6 to 7 hour return journey, or we can choose to undertake the half day trek that will take us to a glacier directly across the valley, or to Birendra Ta. Tonight we will stay at a guesthouse at Samagaun.
