Maldives: 1 Week Tour! Maafushi + Fulidhoo + Island Hoppin

Welcome to the Maldives!   NEW airport pick-up info for our classic 4, 7, and 10 day tour – To make it more convenient for you, we’ve arranged a new airport pick-up from our hotel staff – so that travelers can depart to our first island just shortly after arriving – without having to wait for the whole group. After collecting your luggage and exiting the terminal please look for our hotel staff, his name is Yameen and he will be holding a sign that says “Arena Hotel”, approach Yameen and tell them you have a booking at Arena Hotel with BeachLife Tours, from there they will take you to the next available speedboat – times are 9:15am, 1:30pm, 5:30pm (roughly a 30-minute journey).  If for any reason you do not see Yameen then you will have additional contact info to call him from the information desk. Upon arriving in Maafushi our staff will be there to meet you and assit you check-in.   After settling  into the hotel feel free to pop over to the bikini beach or explore the island as we wait for more travelers to arrive.   Lets all meet around 7:30pm at our beachfront restaurant for a nice BBQ buffet dinner!  Anyone up for drinks later?  Alcohol is sold on the yacht parked out front if anyone is interested!   *Please note  - Flights - Please have your flight depart at the end of your tour anytime after 4pm from Male - MLE. - The sequence/order/duration of each island and activity may vary:  this may be due to weather, availability, or general wants/needs of the group. - Hotels can be subject to change depending on their availability, however we always stick to the same standard of rooms.  - Optional activity = additional cost

Maafushi - Beautiful white sand beaches and plenty of activities to choose from.  Maafushi, is just 30 minutes from the airport and has a population of roughly 4,000 people.  Maafushi was the first local island to start guest houses; opening their first guest house in 2010, since then there has been a rapid influx of accommodations making it one of the busiest – and convenient – local islands near the airport.  Let me tell you a quick reason why we go to Maafushi – first off its convenient; we know that most people are tired after their long flights so it makes for an easy transition.  We stay also at one of the best hotel in Maafushi, the beach is nice, but best of all we do some incredible day tours from there – as a group and on our private speedboat.  We take you on tours to remote deserted sand-bank islands where we bake in the sun, swim, snorkel the colourful reefs, watch dolphins swimming and jumping out of the water, have lunch on the sand-bank, and then head back to Maafushi.  Inclusions: Includes 2-3 nights hotel. airport transfers, speedboat to Maafushi, & staff to carry your luggage in Maafushi.  Includes continental breakfast every day. Includes a delicious buffet dinner every night next to the beach. Includes one speedboat tour around other islands, snorkeling around various reefs, snorkeling with turtles, harmless reef sharks, watching dolphins, and a free lunch on a beautiful deserted sand bank island with crystal clear waters and white sand beaches. Ever wondered what these expensive 4-5 star resorts are like in the Maldives, but you'd prefer not to spend $1000 a night?  Well now's the time to take part in our optional activity!  For $130 USD you can join this optional day tour to a near-by resort island - including speeboat transfers, buffet lunch, unlimited alcohol (packages may vary), full use of the resort pools, sunbeds, and picture perfect whitesand beaches!   If you choose not to take part in the resort island, feel free to relax around the Maafushi beach or purchase an optional activity:  scuba-diving, snorkeling trips, jet-ski rentals, kayaking, paddle boards, & more!  Prices for these optional activities range from $20-$120 USD.
