Visit to the pre columbian art museum in Cusco, which presents pieces from the region to the coastal plains, from 1250 BC to 1532 (date of the Spanish invasion). Next, you will explore the Temple of the Sun, known as Qoricancha in Quechua. Here, youโ€™ll uncover the impressive foundations of the Santo Domingo Monastery, along with the adjacent colonial church. Additionally, you will have the chance to explore Cuscoโ€™s bustling central market, San Pedro, where life carries on with vibrancy.       The ascent of Huayna Picchu which is the sugar loaf that can be seen in the background of Machu Picchuโ€™s famous picture. The climb is very steep and physical.

      The ascent of the Montaรฑa is the other mountain that is located on the Machu Picchu site, behind it. The ascent of Huayna Picchu and Montaรฑa takes place in the morning.

  • Day 4 Visit Of Pisac
    • 12:00 am - 11:59 pm

      Visit Of Pisac

      Located on a ridge overlooking the Urubamba Valley, the fortress of Pisac controlled the comings and goings-on the right bank of the Vilcanota River. The Incas had set up a large administrative center here, which governed the entire province. This site is composed of a solar observatory or Intihuatana, a sacred area dedicated to the cults of the Andean deities, an agricultural area consisting of terraces and an area reserved for the inhabitants  accommodation. Possibility, for those who wish (and if the weather allows it), to walk down to the village of Pisaq, from Intihuatana.


      Visit the village of Pisac. You can visit the handicraft market, where you will discover all the Andean hand made production: ponchos, alpaca and sheep textiles, jewelry, antiques, paintings, and many other quality articles. You will find the artists themselves selling their production.

      On the road, visit of a llamas and alpacas farm, the south americans camelids. You will see the entire process of weaving this so desired wool, thin, light, and very pleasant to the touch (about 30 min).

  • Day 5 Ascension Vinicunca (Rainbow Mountain)

      Departure from your hotel in Cusco by private vehicle.

      For three hours you will drive towards the colorful Vinicunca mountain. After about 2 hours of driving, you will stop at the small village of Cusipata for breakfast. Then, it will take you 1 hour by car to reach the car park located at an altitude of 4,680 m. Here you will start the trek.

      Vinicunca is the name of a majestic mountain that culminates at an altitude of more than 5000 meters. It is also known as the โ€œRainbow mountainโ€. The climb takes about 1h30.  You will observe breathtaking landscapes such as the Ausangate mountain as well as alpaca and llama farms, until the final show of the majestic colors of Vinicunca. Arrived at the point of view, you will have one hour to admire the mountain with its seven colors! Then, you will walk in the opposite direction for about 1h30 to the bus that will take us back to the small village of Cusipata where a meal will be waiting for you.
