You can do this experience throughout the year, however the recommended time to do this experience is during the months of March to October. During June and August the weather can be quite hot, while from November to February the weather can become quite cold.
The climate usually varies according to the season, during the months of April to June, the temperature ranges between 18 and 29 °C. During July and August the temperature can reach 33°C, while the cold months from November to February the temperature decreases and oscillates between 1° and 10°C.
You will be picked up on arrival at Madrid airport to take you to the Hotel where your guide will be waiting for you. You must send your flight itinerary through the chat at least two weeks before the start of your experience to coordinate the transfer. If before or during your flight you suffer itinerary modifications due to the airline and/or delays due to loss of baggage, you must notify via the emergency phone (not chat) to manage the corresponding changes in the airport-hotel transfer. If you travel with minors you must book in the following way, depending on the number of adults and/or minors and their ages: For children under 0-3 years: The rate applies for children between 0 and 3 years 11 months at the time of the trip, traveling with 2 responsible adults (+18 years), they will not have seat on transfers, bed in the rooms and will share food with adults. If only 1 adult travel with 1 under 0-3 years old, only 1 adult fee must be paid plus an individual supplement sharing SGL hab with a single bed. It is possible (depending on availability in the hotels) to request folding cot directly at destination. You can travel with a stroller if it is completely foldable. It is important to consider that during the itinerary there are transfers of more than 3 hours. For children under 4-7 years: The rate described in the area of "extras" for children from 4 to 7 years and 11 months completed at the time of travel, applies if 1 minor on that age range travel accompanied by 2 responsible adults (+18 years) and share a TPL room. If only travel 1 adult with a child under 4-7 years old; the child must pay regular adult fee and will share DBL room. If only travel 1 adult with two minors (regardless of their age); one of the minors will have to pay adult fare and the other minor the rate corresponding to their age, they will share DBL room and one of the minors will share bed. Children over 8 years old at the time of travel pay adult fee. The prices described in the extras are per person.
Tours or additional visits cannot be contracted from the origin or before the trip, since the operation of the tours depends on the number of people interested in taking each tour or additional visit, the price of each tour may depend on the availability of tickets and /or the number of people who decide to take each tour so we cannot give you a price for each tour before your trip. We recommend telling your guide (From day 1) about the tours or visits in which you are interested to be taken into account in case the visits or tours are available.
