Our crew Check their temperatures daily and keep a daily report with their temperatures and guest health sent to the charter manager Ensure COVID-19 measures are observed while onboard and on excursions Wear masks and gloves while preparing and serving food Masks worn when social distancing cannot be observed Boat cleaning Disinfecting with ecologically friendly formula and disinfecting of the interior after the return of each charter and before cleaning staff enter the boat, as outlined by WHO and ECDC Disinfecting of all inside surfaces with disinfectant and mattresses/pillows/blankets sanitized between charters For each charter, a sanitized galley inventory set is placed on the saloon table and sanitized bed linen is in a sealed bag on the beds.   • Day 1 Athens & Acropolis Guided Tour โ€“ Agkistri Island

      Athens & Acropolis Guided Tour โ€“ Agkistri Island

      Begin of this unique sailing and archaeology adventure, with a captivating morning guided walking tour in the city of Athens. Explore key highlights, including the Greek Parliament, the National Gardens, Temple of Zeus, Hadrianโ€™s Arch and of course, the UNESCO Worldwide Heritage Site of the Acropolis with the Parthenon. Once your tour is over (duration 3.5 โ€“ 4 hrs), enjoy lunch at one of the nearby restaurants, before heading to the marina to embark on our yacht (check in is around 16:00 โ€“ 17:00). 


      Our crew will be there to welcome you on board! Upon check-in to the sailing yacht, your vacation home for the next week, a comprehensive boat tour with all the necessary instructions precedes settling into your cabins. We will then sail to our first destination, Agkistri Island, a small verdant paradise boasting turquoise waters (approx. 3.5hrs sailing journey, 21 nm). Depending on weather conditions, we will either anchor at the main port or throw anchor at a nearby beach, allowing you to explore local restaurants for a delightful dinner.

  • Day 2 Agkistri Island โ€“ Korfos (Ancient Corinth, Acrocorinth Castle & Mycenae)

      Agkistri Island โ€“ Korfos (Ancient Corinth, Acrocorinth Castle & Mycenae)

      After enjoying breakfast on board, we will sail to the charming port of Korfos (max. 2 hrs sailing, 12 nm), located in the southeastern part of Corinthia (Peloponnese peninsula) and our yachtโ€™s base for the day. Todayโ€™s exploration begins with the archaeological wonders of Ancient Corinth, a major city in antiquity and a pivotal trade center. Perched on a monolithic rock, the Acrocorinth Castle, our next stop, provides panoramic views over the ancient city. Acrocorinth, once the Acropolis of the ancient city, stands as one Greeceโ€™s most important fortification works. Donโ€™t miss the captivating views over the Corinthian gulf! Before leaving Corinth, a visit to the iconic Corinth canal awaits โ€“ an engineering marvel that separates the Peloponnese from mainland Greece, connecting the Gulf of Corinth with the Aegean Sea. 


      A short 40 minutes lead us to the UNESCO-protected archaeological site of Mycenae. This kingdom, steeped in myth and ruled by Agamemnon, was the most important and richest palatial centre of the Late Bronze Age in Greece. Nestled atop the fertile plain of Argolis, Mycenaeโ€™s fortified citadel, sung by Homer, with its cyclopean walls, offers stunning views.


      Later in the afternoon, we return to Korfos, leaving you with the rest of the day free to unwind, possibly enjoy a swim if the weather permits, and enjoy dinner in one of the charming seaside restaurants.

  • Day 3 Korfos โ€“ Epidaurus (Ancient Epidaurus, Olive Oil Tour & Nafplio)

      Today, following breakfast on board, we will set sail towards the port of Epidaurus (approx 1.5 hrs sailing, 9 nm). Upon reaching Palaia (=old) Epidaurus, a 20 minute transfer brings you to the archaeological site of Epidaurus. Here lies the UNESCO Worldwide Heritage Sanctuary of the god-physician Asclepius, the most famous healing centre of the Greek and Roman world. Our visit also includes the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, one of the greatest monuments of Ancient Greece, celebrated for its remarkable acoustics and symmetrical elegance. 


      A short 10min drive from the Sanctuary of Asclepius, among old olive groves, leads us to a family run Organic Olive Oil Farm. You will take a tour and learn more about the process of extra virgin olive oil production in Greece, with the opportunity to taste some high-quality olive oil. 


      In the afternoon, we will explore Nafplio, one of the most picturesque and romantic towns (3omin away). Formerly the first capital of the newly born Greek state, Nafplio boasts a history dating back to the prehistoric era. Wander through ancient walls, medieval castles, monuments and statues, Ottoman springs and neoclassical buildings in the Old Town, while the imposing Venetian Castle of Palamidi overlooks the city. 


      Enjoy free time to explore the city, visit the chic boutique shops, admire the unique โ€œBourtziโ€ island fort and the spectacular views over Akronafplia castle. 


      Later, we return to Epidaurus port, where you will have the evening free for dinner and relaxation.

  • Day 4 Epidaurus โ€“ Methana โ€“ Poros Island

      Epidaurus โ€“ Methana โ€“ Poros Island

      After 3 immersive days of archaeology, today offers a more laid-back experience, free of archaeological sites. After breakfast, weโ€™ll set sail for the picturesque island of Poros (approx. 3.5 hrs sailing, 23 nm). En routre, a refreshing swim awaits at the volcanic peninsula of Methana, characterized by more than thirty volcanoes that create a distinctive and unique landscape. 


      While you enjoy your swim, our crea will prepare lunch. We will then continue towards Poros island. As we enter Poros harbor, the charming town unfolds amphitheatrically over two hills, showcasing the historic Clock Tower and pastel-colored buildings along the waterfront. The evening is your to explore the town, stroll by the port, and enjoy dinner at one of the inviting seaside fish restaurants.

  • Day 5 Poros โ€“ Hydra Island

      Poros โ€“ Hydra Island

      After a scrumptious breakfast on board, we set sail to Hydra Island (approx. 1.5 hrs sailing, 12 nm). Uppon arrival, immerse yourself in the charm of this car-free island, where transportation is limmited to mules, foot, or boat. Hydra, an elegant artistโ€™s colony, excudes a magical and romantic ambiance. Explore the many art shops, handmade jewelry stores and clothing boutiques, or opt for a gentle hike inland to  ascend to Prophet Elias Monastery. The island is a paradise for hiking lovers and naturalists and its diverse natural environment and rich history and tradition make Hydra a unique destination you will love. The sailing boat is entirely at your disposal, whether you prefer to relax on board or enjoy swimming at one of the islandโ€™s rocky beaches

  • Day 6 Hydra โ€“ Aegina Island (Temple Of Aphaea & St. Nektarios Monastery)

      Hydra โ€“ Aegina Island (Temple Of Aphaea & St. Nektarios Monastery)

      Today we will sail to Aegina Island, famous for its pistachios (approx. 3.5hrs sailing, 25 nm). Aegina, the first temporary capital of the newly founded Greek state in 1827, boasts many neoclassical buildings lining its narrow streets. 


      Upon arrival, weโ€™ll take an exciting inland tour and explore some of Aeginaโ€™s hidden gems! We will drive to the pine-clad hill on the northeast side of the island to explore the Temple of Aphaea (dating back to 500 BC). Notably, this temple forms an equilateral triangle with the Parthenon and the Temple of Poseidon at Sounion, creating the so-called โ€œholy triangleโ€ of antiquity. 


      Our journey continues to the islandโ€™s former capital, Paleachora, known as Aiginaโ€™s Mystras. We will follow the hiking trails to explore this abandoned โ€œghost townโ€ with its numerous Byzantine churches, offering panoramic views over the Saronic Gulf. Our last visit for today will be the impressive Monastery of Saint Nektarios, one of the largest of the Balkans. 


      In the evening, we will return to Aegina town, where you will have free time to wander through its narrow streets or alongside the picturesque port and enjoy dinner at one of the seaside restaurants. 


      Tip: Donโ€™t miss the chance to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables from the floating groceries - traditional boats in the port selling local fruits and vegetables.

  • Day 7 Aegina (Archaeological Site Of Kolona) โ€“ Athens

      Aegina (Archaeological Site Of Kolona) โ€“ Athens

      Before bidding farewell to Aegina, we will visit the Temple of Apollo at the archaeological site of Kolona, within walking distance from the port. Here was the islandโ€™s ancient capital and also houses the Archaeological Museum, the first one of its kind built built in Greece in 1829. 


      Afterwards, we start our sailing trip back to Athens, we will pause en route for a delightful lunch prepared by our crew, providing one final opportunity for a swim.


      By late afternoon, around 17:00pm, we will reach the Athens marina, concluding this wonderful sailing & archaeology adventure. For those seeking an extended experience, you can stay on board for the night and check out the next morning.
