  • Day 1 Day 1: Arrival In Kathmandu

      Day 1: Arrival In Kathmandu

      Upon our arrival at the Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu, youโ€™ll be greeted by a representative from Alpine Ramble Treks and then drop off at the Hotel. After checking in, you may take some rest and in the evening you will be invited for a welcoming dinner which will be hosted by Alpine ramble at the best restaurants with traditional shows. Overnight at the Hotel.

      Day 2: Valley Sightseeing & Preparation For The Trek

      In the morning you will be greeted by our tour guide and start the city tour right after breakfast, a guided tour to several of the most historical and spiritual attractions in Kathmandu. Some of these landmarks are considered World Heritage Sites including the historic Durbar Square, the sacred Hindu temple of Pashupatinath, the famous โ€˜Monkey Templeโ€™ (Swayambhunath), and the Buddhist shrine (BouddhaNath) which is one of the largest stupas in the world. After the tour, you will be dropped off at the hotel where you can take some rest or last-minute shopping for your trek, overnight at the hotel.

  • Day 3 Day 3: Fly To Lukla And Trek To Phakding

      Day 3: Fly To Lukla And Trek To Phakding

      After early breakfast, you and your guide together jump onto the car and leave the hotel for the Lukla, you will take a short 35 minutes flight from Kathmandu to Lukla. After reaching Lukla, you will be meeting your helpers and some other trekking crews, and then the trek begins to Phkading, which will take almost 4 hours approx on a slow pace. The first part of the trek is on the downhills for 2o m then You will gradually climb up along the mountainside on the left bank of Dudh Koshi River. From here, you will descend and walk through the rhododendron forest with a view of Kusum Kanguru (6367m). You will stay at Yeti Mountain Home.

  • Day 4 Day 4: Phakding To Namche Bazaar

      Day 4: Phakding To Namche Bazaar

      After a delicious breakfast at Yeti Mountain Home, we will be Walking through a beautiful pine forest, the track leads us along the Dudh Koshi River through many suspension bridges, one of which is the famous Hillary Suspension Bridge. First, we catch the wonderful prospect of the glistening Mt. Thamserku (6618 m). Through the settlement of Benkar, Chumoa, Monjo, we come to the check post and entrance to Sagarmatha National Park. We pass through the last village of Jorsale before reaching Namche Bazaar. The trail climbs through the forests and bridges until we reach the confluence of the Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi rivers. After a final steep ascent of about two hours, we get our first sight of Mt. Everest peering over the Lhotse-Nuptse ridge. Upon this juncture, we stop at Chautara to admire the view. We still need to hike for about 1.5 hours to reach Namche Bazaar, a gateway to Mt. Everest and the main trading center of this region. We stay overnight in Namche Bazaar at Yeti Mountain Home or a similar hotel.

      Day 5: Acclimatization- Hike To Everest View Hotel

      Today you will take a rest to get acclimatized to the growing altitude before we are heading towards the high elevation of the region. On this day, you can visit beautiful places like the Sherpa Museum, ART Gallery, Documentary places, bakery in Namche Bazaar, which is also vibrant with plenty of lodges, souvenir shops, and tea shops. You will walk up to Khunde Hospital (Built by Sir Edmund Hillary), or take an hourโ€™s walk to the Everest View Hotel (3962m) for acclimatization, stunning views of Mt. Lhotse (8414m), Mt. Everest (8848m), KusumKanguru (6367m), Thamserku (6623m), Nuptse (7861m), and AmaDablam (6856m) and many other can be seen from Everest View Lodge, come back to the Namche Bazzar and enjoy the evening with the beautiful dinner at Yeti Mountian Home, over night at the Hotel.

  • Day 6 Day 6: Namche To Tengboche

      Day 6: Namche To Tengboche

      Today we start our trek towards Tengboche enjoying a majestic view of Mt. Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, Ama Dablam, and a close-up view of Thamserku and Kusung Kangru. However, the first step of our trek follows on a gradual trail with few ups and downs overlooking a magnificent view of the magnificent Himalaya. 

      Along the way, we can also spot wild lives like Musk deer, pheasant, or a herd of Himalayan Thar and Red panda if you are lucky. The trail goes gradually down up to Kayangjuma. The path eventually reaches Sansa, which is the major trail junction to Gokyo valley and Everest Base Camp. The track then follows through the pine forests and after we cross the prayer-flag festooned bridge over Dudh Koshi River. Upon crossing the suspension bridge, then we gradually climb up after having lunch at Phunkedada, the hard path will take us about 2 hours to reach Tengboche, enjoy the evening with the beautiful views, and dinner at the finest lodge.

  • Day 7 Day 7: Tengboche To Dingboche

      Day 7: Tengboche To Dingboche

      In the morning, you may join us for the Lama ceremony in the Tengboche Monastery before having lunch, after breakfast, as usual, we will descend through the forest, cross Deboche, and ImjaKhola, then start climb gradually up to the Pangboche village. Pangboche along with its pine trees, monasteries, and Mani walls hosts a breathtaking view of the beautiful AmaDablam (6856m). From Pangboche to Somare a small village name where we likely take lunch before approaching another 2 hours to Dingboche. Overnight in Dingboche.

  • Day 8 Day 8: Acclimatization - Hike To Nagerjun And Return

      Day 8: Acclimatization - Hike To Nagerjun And Return

      Today we will take the day off for acclimatization and explore the surrounding areas. we can steeply climb to NakartsangGompa for an exceptional view of Everest (8848m), Pumori (7165m), Nuptse (7861m), AmaDablam (6856m), Lhotse (8414m), and Island Peak (6,189 m). we can also go on a side trip to Chhukhung to get a closer view of the glaciers as an option, it is not necessary either one if you are not physically ready for it. Overnight in Dingboche.

  • Day 9 Day 9: Dingboche To Lobuche

      Day 9: Dingboche To Lobuche

      We will start our trek to Lobuche bypassing the Dughla with a panoramic view of the snow-capped mountains, the trek will be anywhere between 4-5 hours from Dingboche to LANUCHE, the trail as we follow up will be gradually climbing up on the zigzag path through rocky glacial moraine and find several stone caves at the top, built in the memories of Sherpas who died on their journey to Everest (8848m). From here, you will gradually climb along the glacier to reach Lobuche. You will stay overnight at Eco Lodge.

  • Day 10 Day 10: Lobuche - Everest Base Camp - Gorak Shep (5110M)

      Day 10: Lobuche - Everest Base Camp - Gorak Shep (5110M)

      Early in the morning, you will have a cup of tea in your room and get ready for initial breakfast. After our breakfast, we begin the trek towards Gorakshep walking through the lateral moraine of the Khumbu Glacier. We pass through the pyramid signpost. Ahead on the trail, we see the crest of the north ridge of Everest along with Mt. Nuptse, Pumori, Khumbutse, and Lhotse. A small ascent would take us to Thangma Riju from where we perceive a 360-degree vista of the snowy mountains. As we reach Gorak Shep, we will be surrounded by outstanding snow-capped mountains looming all around us including the top of the world โ€“ Mount Everest. 

      We take a short break and get ready for the final push to EBC, our trail to Everest Base Camp through the once vast Gorak Shep Lake. Continuing straight ahead, we come through the Indian army mountaineersโ€™ memorials. As we reach Everest Base Camp we cannot help appreciating the Everest climbers that take the hazardous route through the Khumbu icefall. Mountaineersโ€™ tents stand out in bright colors against all the dull gray surroundings (especially in the spring). Nuptse, Khumbuste and Pumori are the mountains we can view from the base camp. Everest actually is not visible from this juncture. Reaching Everest base camp is a great sense of achievement, we celebrate together and descend to Gorakshep, over night at the lodge.

  • Day 11 Day 11: Gorakshep - Kala Pathar - Pheriche (4210M)

      Early in the morning, we will start our hike up to Kala Patthar which stands at an altitude of 5545m above sea level, enjoy fabulous sunrise over Mount Everest as well as 360 -degree panoramic Himalayan views, what could be more thrilling than this, we come back to the hotel and have breakfast before descending. After our breakfast at Gorak Shep, then we will descend to Pheriche via Lobuche and Dughla for an overnight at tea house.

  • Day 12 Day 12: Pheriche To Namche

      Day 12: Pheriche To Namche

      Today we trek down through the hillside blanketed by rhododendron and juniper trees. If it is spring, pink and red rhododendron flowers ablaze our surroundings. after a couple of hundred meters walking down hills then we meet our trail as we trekked up, we follow the same trail on the downhills, we will have our lunch in Pangboche or wait until we reach Phunki Tenga. After crossing the prayer-flag festooned bridge over the Dudh Koshi River, the trail then follows the Dudh Koshi gorge descending rapidly through the pine forests. The path eventually reaches Sansa which is the major trail junction in the region. We stop at Kyangjuma (3570 m/11,710 ft) for a relaxed lunch. 

      After lunch, we keep moving following the beautiful villages through the lush forest, We keep a lookout for wildlife such as mountain goats, snow leopards, and colorful pheasants while passing through the forest. Upon passing a Chorten, we reach the army camp at Namche Bazaar. Overnight at Yeti Mountain Home.

      Today is our final day of the trek in the Khumbu, we will descend alongside Dudh Koshi River throughout the way to reach Lukla. we will walk through the forest of rhododendron and magnolia and pass many painted Mani walls, prayer wheels, and monasteries as we climb down via several Sherpa villages. Crossing many suspension bridges over Dudh Koshi River, we arrive in Lukla with a beautiful view of KusumKanguru (6367m), rest of the time, you can celebrate your time with your Sherpa guides before saying goodbye to them, Overnight at Yeti Mountian Home.

  • Day 14 Day 14: Lukla To Kathmandu

      Day 14: Lukla To Kathmandu

      After breakfast, it is the last breakfast in the mountain, we fly back to Kathmandu after our long mountain journey. The early morning flight drops us at the Kathmandu domestic airport where weโ€™ll be greeted by our drivers and transferred to the hotel. After checking in, We can rest and relax throughout the day at our hotel or walking around the beautiful Thamel city or you may do any extra activities if you feel not tired that much, or you may hang out shopping before flying home. 

      In the evening, we will be met again and go to have a farewell dinner with the crew to celebrate the successful completion of our journey, Overnight in Kathmandu.
