Fontainebleau: There’s your everyday châteaux and then there’s Château de Fontainebleau. The medieval palace was once home to Napoleon. And it’s another level of luxe. Beaujolais: Be a VIP at the epic Contiki Château and fill up on a banquet of classic French dishes and wines. Ooh la la! Beaujolais: Clear out the cobwebs and get in touch with you zen side with a guided yoga session on the sweeping lawns of the Château. Beaujolais: Enjoy a French-style picnic while admiring the gorgeous Beaujolais countryside. Barcelona: We’ll check out the Sagrada Familia, Gaudi’s world-renowned masterpiece. Work began on the church in the 1880s and while it was technically never finished, it’s still a wonder to behold. Barcelona: Combat boots at the ready, folks! Barcelona’s Gothic Quarter and Las Ramblas are so cool, you won’t know what to photograph first! Arles: Visit the historic city of Arles, famous for inspiring the paintings of Van Gogh. French Riviera: Glide through the winding coastal roads of the French Riviera with your Contiki crew. Monaco City: Walk in the footsteps of Grace Kelly at the Royal Palace and see the Monte Carlo Casino (where the car park looks like a Fast & Furious set). Pisa: Your ultimate chance to ‘hold the tower up’ as you pose for that classic Insta snap. Rome: Stroll around the Italian capital, ticking all the sights off your bucket list! Venice: Speed across the lagoon to the aqueous island of Venice. Get total James Bond vibes. Venice: Life’s all about the waterways here; there’s not an Uber in sight! Get some classic pics of the famous gondola boats. Munich: We'll make a stop at a traditional Bavarian ‘Bier Halle’. Grab your Contiki crew and a beer. Prost! Heidelberg: If you like Renaissance architecture, you’re going to love this romantic riverfront city. See Heidelberg Castle and get scenic pics galore... Lorelei: It’s the stuff of legends. Literally. A singing mermaid named Lorelei is said to sit on the rock, enchanting fishermen before luring them to their demise. Eek! Edam: Explore all the windmills, canals and dikes on two wheels. Edam: Visit a clog maker and a cheese farm. It may be a cliché, but it’s so much fun we’re not even slightly apologetic.

All guests travelling with Contiki through December 31, 2022 are required to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19, which may include a booster shot to keep the vaccination status current and valid, depending on the travel destination. Children not eligible for vaccination and/or booster at the time of travel must provide a verifiable and negative Covid-19 test result, taken within 72 hours prior to the start of the tour (taking time zones into consideration) for all tours departing until December 31, 2022. For guests travelling with Contiki from 1 January 2023, Covid-19 vaccinations and boosters are highly recommended, but no longer required. Please note that regardless of time of travel guests will need to comply with specific vaccine and/or booster requirements imposed by airlines and/or authorities in the destination visited, as well as requirements for accessing restaurants and venues, which may be more restrictive than above. It is guests’ responsibility to ensure that they comply at all times with these requirements. No refunds will be given if guests are unable to undertake some or all of their vacation due to their failure to comply with these requirements.
